Hi,
I think you need to look again at the link from step 1. What do you mean there’s no zip? : http://screencast.com/t/0ekeTBVQIZ Just download the zip from the link and install it as any other plugin you install with the ‘add new plugin’ button from wp
Thank you!

Hi,
The menu will fall to a second row if you add too many elements to it. There cannot be infinite elements added to the same line unfortunately. It has it’s limits. Unfortunately there is little that can be done about this except remove some of the items if you want to have it on the same row. you can also reduce some of the padding of the menu items so one more element can fit if you have the proper css knowledge.
As for your second request, our theme has no such spot to add content below the menu. You can do it custom if you know your way around html and css by adding it in the files here: http://screencast.com/t/3BUFU7FOiWL
Then you can use css to style the div element.
Thank you!

Hi,

The responsive css was there all along 🙂 not part of the update. The header styles were created based on the default 728×90 ads. You can use this custom css to change the width of the container to one that will suit your needs:
.td-header-style-1 .td-header-sp-recs{
width: 620px!important;
}

I set it to 620 px but you can change this value to whatever you wish.

Hi,
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then check the image again.
Thank you!

Hello,
On the page edit screen there should be this button: http://screencast.com/t/L9q1zEyGLT
If that button is not present it means that either the plugin is not active or there is something else affecting it. please disable all other plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. If the button is still not present, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login to your site and investigate. Also include a link to this topic.
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately our theme has no such option, but I will add it to our list of suggestions and hopefully in a future version we will be able to provide such a feature.
The viewport detection is added in css with the @media rule. This can be seen in style.css
Thank you!

Hi,

Unfortunately we cannot help any further beyond the guide we provided. Page speed is a very personal thing that is affected starting from the host that you use, all the way down to the content of the site. Speedbooster will move all the render blocking js and css to the footer but only if you edit the code and add the other render blocks in it;s code as the guide suggests. Also speedbooster has a compatibility function that is mentioned in the topic I suggested above. If you do not remove the function, speedbooster will deactivate itself when an incompatible plugin is found.
If you require further improvement that the guide cannot provide, we suggest getting some hired help as this is a very personal thing and there is no general rule that can apply to all sites and we cannot provide any custom work at the moment.

Thank you!

Hi,
Page speed is a very personal thing and we cannot do anything more than guide you through the steps needed as the page speed guide shows. Please make sure you use google’s suggestions to improve your page speed. You can also use gtmetrix as they have more complex suggestions to provide.
Please understand that this is not part of the theme support. We cannot do it for you nor can we provide a general rule that will apply to all websites to get 100% score. Page speed is very personal starting from the hosting that you use all the way down to the content you have on your site. If you use lots of complex elements, lots of blocks, grids, lots of images, then page speed can only improve so much. Please make sure you flowed every step of the guide we provided properly. As a tip on speedbooster: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/

Hi,
I have checked your site on mobile but images appear to display fine. I could not see any ‘fuzzyness’
Please check again and provide an example if you still see fuzzy images.
Thank you!

Hi,
I can’t see anything to sort out. That is the code for the body tag and the shema information for it. There is no error. It;s the same on our end as well: http://screencast.com/t/tPNEHMMTih9
There is nothing to fix.
Thank you!

Hi,

If you found the page from the search, then the search option will convert the keywords found in bold. Take a look at the url: http://screencast.com/t/1abBxdHSzF
If you remove the bold tags, it will lead to this link https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/page-level-ads-problems/
Unfortunately the search on the forum causes this and the link will redirect you to our latest post on the forum, not to a 404 page.

Thank you!

Hello,
Unfortunately not all plugins work with premium themes. The plugin you use is not tested so it could be incompatible with newspaper.
Thank you!

Hello,

@teddigy

Sorry but the description cannot be moved easily from the top to the bottom of the category page. The page is made out of 3 sections the top template, the grid layout and the articles. You will have to get some hired help on this as there is no easy solution to move the description from one section to another. It can be done, but it takes a bit of time and effort to do and we cannot tackle complex tasks.

Pleas open a new topic if you have a question. It’s not polite to hijack other people’s topics.
The category template is not meant to be at the bottom of the category page, but rather at the top.
As fopr the popular category, it is a demo block that is added inside the footer template. This block cannot be changed as it;s a predefined element. If you want to replace it with something else you will have to choose a different footer style that does not come with predefined content and add new blocks and widgets to it from the wp widgets area. You can read more about this here:https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/

Thank you!

Hi,
This means the update was not done properly. Maybe you did not copy all of the files or in the right path. If you have any custom modification, make a back-up of it and do a clean update by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and test the theme without modifications and without a child theme.
Thank you!

Hi,
As I see it you do not use the mobile theme now. You have disabled the plugin so you have the responsive version of the site. AT the moment you have the same smartlist 1 on both mobile and desktop. Smartlist 1 is also the default smartlist our theme will fall back to if you use the mobile theme. There ill not be any smartlist 7 on the mobile theme. i have checked the link you posted but it’s still smartlist 1 so I can;t see any problem or any smartlist 7
Thank you!

Hello,
There is no activation code for slider revolution as it is a free version and only paid versions can be activated and updated automatically through the WP dashboard. The version we provide cannot be updated from WP and it cannot be registered as there is no activation code for free versions. You can use the plugin without activation as you have access to all it;s features. The same applies to visual composer: http://screencast.com/t/sTrvApWU7I4
Thank you!

Hi Chris,
You can do it. Our theme can be used in a multi-site environment as long as it’s part of the same project.

Hello,
you can add custom content inside the footer by choosing one of the footer styles that have no pre-defined content: https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/ and then using the footer widgets in the wp widgets area: http://screencast.com/t/MFoQHvZ5mm
Thank you!

You should check your system status parameters: http://screencast.com/t/bpnfaltKJ and try to get them all green by following this tutorial: https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
This is what helped solve most of the 500 errors our users get.
Thank you!

Hi,
For the footer unfortunately things will not be so easy as the footer uses the column layout so elements cannot be centered or moved left or right. Also the social icons cannot be added except for custom code but dues to the grid layout, positioning will be problematic. We suggest hiring a freelancer to help with these requests as we have no easy solution to provide.
Thank you!

Hi,
If the sub-domain is used for testing purposes only, then you do not need to register it. if it will be part of the main project then you need to register it using the same code you registered the main theme/domain.
Thank you!

Hi,
I have checked your Id on my counter as well but the information is not getting pulled. It does for other users though, so i assume there is a setting on youtube on your page that is preventing the counter to pull the info.
As I see it your url does not pint to neither a channel nor a username. There is only the c/youtubeid, not channel/userid. If I access the playlist for example your link changes to the channel url and that is what you must enter in the social counter field:
channel/UCjnGSOGTw7CdX9RVcFIusOA
(Our social counter only works with a standard user or channel. If the link structure is different, then the counter will not be able to pull any information.)
I’m not sure why on your youtube page you do not get the channel ID.
Thank you!
