Hello,
We will be happy to help as much as we can but only in the limits of what support can offer you. this does not include customization: https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/
Thank you!

Hi,
First, please understand that there is no update-proof way of customizing the theme files. If you have a child theme set-up and have customization in place there, then you will need to replace those files as well. If the file was changed in newspaper 7 and you are still feeding a file from newspaper 6 through the child theme, that could spell disaster on your site. Please make a back-up of your modifications, and update your child theme to the new files and then re-apply your customization. A child theme is not update proof.
Thank you!

Hello,
If you use the mobile theme, the content from pages, footer and others will revert back to default as the mobile theme does not use visual composer, thus no blocks or widgets can be used. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thank you!

Hi,
If you want to replicate that css style from our cars demo, you can simply access this file and see every css change made specifically for the demo: http://screencast.com/t/0cFA6nuK
(why not install the demo directly?)
I hope this helps.
Thank you!

Hi,
I’m not sure why you receive the error but have you tried to manually add the plugin to the plugins folder of wp using FTP? If everything else fails this is the way to go: http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/step-by-step-guide-to-install-a-wordpress-plugin-for-beginners/
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hi,

If you want to keep the names intact, then there is a way of reducing the spacing between the menu items but it will bring the items closer together to make the other on fit the same line:

.td-sub-footer-menu{
padding:0!important;
}
.td-subfooter-menu li a{
margin-right: 8px!important;
}

This will work on desktop but not on tablets: http://screencast.com/t/a3x2ueImyhttp://screencast.com/t/yRiuWGQu
Unfortunately there is nothing more I can do in this regard. The font is small enough and there is no more space to eliminate for tablets.

Thank you!

Hi,
Please update your theme to the latest version by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and then update your visual composer plugin by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
If your visual composer problem is not fixed, try to disable all other plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hi,
As far as we can tell, you can, but I cannot say for sure as Envato is the one that sets the rules so this question is best addressed to them. SO far we have not restricted access for this forum and we did not take any measure in this regard so for the time being, even if your support is expired you will still have access to this forum.
Thank you!

Hello,
the sidebar works like this. If you do not set a specific sidebar to a post, it will fall back to the category sidebar. if you have nothing set in the category sidebar it will fall back again to post/blog settings
if you removed the sidebar from the primary category of the post, then it will be removed on the post as well. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/primary-category/
Thank you!

Hello,

You can use locally hosted videos without any problems using the standard wp embed. What you cannot do is set it as a featured video. The featured video will only grab videos from youtube or vimeo. If you want to use locally hosted videos, please use post style 5 and add a featured image to the post as you would a normal non video post. Then simply embed the video in the content. Post style 5 does not render the featured image on the front-end so only your video will be shown.

I hope this helps.

Hi,
JS errors are generally caused by plugin conflicts, but they can be also caused by custom code.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer (all at once) and very important, clear your cache and reset cdn files. Then test again. If the problem is still there, please check for any custom code you might have in place and test without it. Restore the theme to it;s defaults or create a testing platform with a fresh install of wp and the theme and check there.
Let us know how it goes.
Thank you!

Hi,
Unfortunately We cannot say for sure if this plugin will work or not as we have not tested it and we do not own a copy of it. Maybe one of our users can help if they have this plugin.
Thank you!

Hello,
Any of the theme menus will have 2 rows if you add many items to the menu or your items have long names. You can try to re-name your menu items to something shorter like: Day Tours, Stopover Tours, Culture Tours, Adventure Tours, Honeymoon Tours
Thank you!

Hi,
Are you sure you have a featured image set to the post? As i can see the placeholder. If there is an image, please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files to see if there is no plugin affecting the featured image.
Thank you!

Hi,
There seemed to be a misunderstanding regarding the weather widget. Sorry. There are 2 widgets actually. One allows this and one does not. The one in the top bar (that @nreid mentioned) does not allow users location. if you add the widget on a page or on a sidebar you get the little gps symbol that will grab the users location as the video shows.
Thank you!

Hi,

The method you use will not work that way. I have investigated this a bit and found these results to work:
Add the js from Facebook after the body tag in header.php: http://screencast.com/t/97g6RJdc02cp then you need to add the code for the facebook comments in the file corresponding with the post template used like so: http://screencast.com/t/TpOJKoUG8ghttp://screencast.com/t/mahp4jf2

<div class="fb-comments" data-href="<?php echo get_permalink($td_mod_single->post->ID); ?>" data-width="100%" data-numposts="5"></div>

Thank you!
