Unfortunately the plugin is not tested so we have no idea of it’s functionality. Plugin implementations falls beyond what the theme support can offer you. Sorry. (It worked on my end. The fields displayed properly.)
Try to disbale all opther pluigins except visual composer and the Optimizepress plugin to see if there is no plugin conflict. Unfortunately I cannot provide any solutions for it.

I’m not sure exactly what you want ‘fixed’. Our theme re-sizes the logo to fit the header style you use. If you want to have the logo in a specified size, you nee to use one of these 3 header styles that will not re-size the logo: http://screencast.com/t/FYwi2Wqx The other header styles will adapt your logo size to the containers so it will display properly within the given areas.

This feature does not come from the theme or wordpress for that mattewr. I only saw the edit screen for tags from the seo yoast plugin bu it does not look like yours: http://screencast.com/t/lBmDSgOmvznQ so probably you have a different plugin that adds this functionality. Unfortunately we have not tested this so I cannot say for sure where your edit screen is coming from and how it should display.

If you do not use cache then you have nothing to clear. The point of this was to rule out a plugin conflict. Hi,
Big grids and elements that cannot have titles get the category tags by default and the color is black by default. The hover color will be the theme accent color you set in the theme panel. For this type of blocks you need css to edit the category tag color or hover color if you wish to change it.
The tag has a block background as it will not get the background color of the titles, only the hover. It’s a styling of visual composer to change the “accent color” for a block. But the default background color is black no matter the title text or background you set for the block.
If you want to change the color of the category tag, you can use css. This depends if you want to change the color of all bocks or just specific ones on your page. If specific ones are the ones you are after, you need to assign a custom css class to the row in visual composer so these blocks can be targeted individually: http://screencast.com/t/zA63YaPPlVnC
Then you would use that class like so:
for a big grid for example:

background-color:green;
}

The hover color is more specific so I would need to inspect the particular block you want changed so I can provide the proper code.

You are no longer getting the thumbnail is not set error but you are not getting a thumbnail for your video.
I have logged in to your site and set the video again and the theme created it’s featured image properly. Please make sure you check the video post option before you add the video link so the theme can grab the image form the video. I simply deleted the video link and added it again for the theme to create the featured image and it did.

This is for pages but the same principle applies to posts as well. Add the iframe code in text mode and mind the quotation marks. They often get replaced by WP so you have to delete and re-type them.

If you want to add a block to the category templates, you can do so with a do_shortcode function inside the category templates or the category top posts: http://screencast.com/t/vaLSho5EXrXm.
Create the block you want in a dummy page and click on classic mode and switch to text mode so you can copy the shortcode for your block and then use the do_shortcode function to add it inside the file.
This however will require further css positioning as it will not display properly .
As an alternative, you could create static pages for your categories and use a 301 redirect from the category page to your static page.

Youtube iframes are not getting a fixed width. You can implement youtube videos directly without iframes by simply pasting the youtube link inside the post and wordpress does the rest: http://screencast.com/t/zklVZPRRrK5c
As you can see the youtube iframe already has a 100% width not a fixed with in pixels.

Unfortunately thee icons cannot be removed one by one as the widget comes as a whole package. You can however use css to hide some of the options like so:

display:none!important;
}

A 301 redirect will not move every link on the page. It will just move the one you specify. Try the simple 301 redirect plugin and see what I mean. Simply add one link inside a box and the one you want it to go to in the other box and you’re done. There is no other link on the page leading to that particular url except if you set it to.
