Hi Rildo,
You need to create a new category template for your Category pages if you want to have these settings. Use the Cloud Template Library for that and import them from there.
Hope this helps!
Thank you!
Hi,
Before each update, you need to remove all of the old plugins and install them from the Theme panel -> Plugins section. Please note that our theme has a system which does not allow you to rule the theme with an old version to your plugins and that’s why you receive that information.
Hope this helps!
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes, you can do that if you want to transfer your theme to another domain. Normally, the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can try to add such a custom CSS code in Mobile theme from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/kcRaWEy4p

Hi,
If you want to change the color value from the root, you need to edit the td_legacy_main.css core file from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/44phap82H Also, you can try to disable the speed booster to avoid that delay.
Thank you!
Hi,
It seems to be strange! Please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. Ensure that you have correctly installed and updated the theme with our documentation. -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Let us know how it goes!
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for that! It will be possible that thing only if you will affect the theme core files and place it through the code and also, target your desired post by ID.
Thank you!
Hi,
Thank you for your suggestion!
Hi,
Please note that by default, the theme comes with white color text and black background for category tags. If you will use such a category template, you can change these from the TD Composer, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/31BZW0XxaR
Hope this helps!
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for that, sorry! If you want to achieve something like this, you need to use a bit of custom CSS code. Provide your website URL so I will be able to identify that post and also so I can provide a more accurate code.

Hi RCounsell,
The latest theme update was made on 1 June 2019. To be sure that you are using the latest theme version you need to download it again and install it via FTP way.

Hi,
We have identified an issue that happens when the general modal image setting is active, in the theme panel. That is the one causing it, disabling it solves the problem.
This issue and some others that were reported and acknowledged are investigated as we speak and will be fixed. When they are them update will be released.
Thank you!
Hi Susan,
Unfortunately, please note that the JetPack is a problematic plugin and also, we do not recommend using it because in some cases, it might break the site layout. I recommend you to disable it and regenerate all of your images using the Thumbnails Regenerate plugin or Force Regenerate. Clear all the caches to purge CDN files and check the results.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please update the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Thank you!
Hi cahpolli,
Switch to the main theme from Child Theme, if you are using some untested plugins, disable all of them, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Hope this helps and let us know!
Thanks.
Hi,
If the problem persists, please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it.

Hi,
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using the Catamaran as font family with 300 value as font weight. Try to enable this value from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/69LgtRGsE1, clear all the caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thank you!
Hi,
Do you maybe use a child theme? If you do, try making a small modification in it, in the functions file – http://prntscr.com/nwzyeb The child theme included in the 9.7.3 package contains this modification.
The Newspaper theme update brings a change for the customers that use WP Bakery Page Builder with our Theme: – When you’ll be updating to the Newspaper 9.7.3 version, you’ll need to activate the tagDiv Composer to keep the Newspaper theme functionality you’ve previously used. Otherwise, you will have basic WordPress functionality, complying with Envato WordPress Requirements – https://help.author.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000472383-WordPress-Theme-Requirements Please note that activating the tagDiv Composer doesn’t mean that you are required to use our custom page builder on your website. You can use the WP Bakery page builder as you did before the update.
We recommended you to do not use the tagDiv Composer and WP Bakery page builders on the same page, because you cannot edit with WP Baker blocks and shortcodes created with tagDiv Composer or vice-versa. Please make a backup for your website before updating.
Thank you for understanding!
Hi,
Unfortunately, this is not possible with our theme, sorry! The theme does not allow you to set up a different sorting for each box from your Big Grid, sorry! Note that functionality works for the entire block element, sorry! If you want to achieve something similar to this, you need to use more blocks and place them similarly.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please provide your website URL so I can take a closer look at it. Also, you can provide some useful screenshot with the problem or where exactly you want to make changes.

Hi,
I have checked your website and I saw that you are using some Analitycs which are not correctly configured and that’s why you bring bad results. https://www.screencast.com/t/MvSkhGQmfU3
Please follow the next steps and useful guide for a properly set up of these!
Try adding it in the AMP analytics section – http://prntscr.com/njvluz
