We recommend to update the theme via FTP way, remove the old theme version and install the new one which comes bundled with the theme core files. Until now, we do not have any bad reports in this case after theme update and also, we cannot recreate this behavior.

This error appears because the theme was not been correctly installed/updated. You need to remove the theme and add it again according to our documentation. First of all, you need to make a full backup to your database and then, you have to remove
your old theme and then add the new theme folder which contains the latest version of the theme. Also, you have not to overwrite because then you will encounter some problems. Check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

This functionality should have to be custom implemented in the theme if you want to have it but for achieving this, note that you need to make some custom changed over the theme core files which are not covered by our support. Remove that plugin and use the real image quality because the theme has a cropping system which cut the image by the kind of thumb is used on your website if this functionality is checked in the Theme panel. Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for that. Maybe you can achieve this using a plugin. Some of our users use the AdRotate plugin to manage their ads and it seems to work properly, you could give that a try and see if it suits your needs. Another way would be to edit the theme core file and add some restrictions. If you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

If you want to have this functionality, you need to load your PNG document to your Media Library and then, in the Sidebar, you can use a button with a link for that document. You can use the TD Composer if you want to use this functionality and if you want to add a button with a link.
