It seems to be strange but the number of your category ID should not influence the Category Filter functionality, sorry! First of all, please make a full backup to your database, create a new page for testing configured with this problem so we can investigate it closer when we access your setup page and then, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) and CPanel credentials for more deeper investigations. It’s possible to reinstall the theme, remove all of the untested plugins to rule out any conflicting in the theme.

Change your images to another bigger one, clear all the caches and check the results.

Well as you are most certainly aware, our theme was built on the default structure of WordPress so any major change such as default WP file changes will influence the theme. We cannot recreate this issue on our end so it could be caused by the modification you made. Please try to create a staging site with a default wp install for testing purposes an let us know if the issue is still present on the test platform on a default file structure.

I saw that you are using the child theme with such customizations which can break the theme. Try to revert the theme to the main version, clear all the caches and check the results. Also, ensure that you are using the latest version of the child theme which comes bundled with the theme core files.
