Hello Bolumstar,
I guess that you are referring to the Social Counter, right? This is a simple element from TD Composer which can be added from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/roda1kkuKUn

Hello greenboxae,
You should regenerate your thumbnails using the Force Regenerate and Thumbnail Regenerate plugin. It is helpful only in case of thumbnails problems
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
But after the regeneration process is done, the plugin would not be needed anymore. You can deactivate it safely.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Djey,
Please notice that you can create your own template you want using the TD Composer plugin. Check the documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/

Hello Alex89,
Notice that after each theme update, all of your additional customizations will be lost. You should add again the code to the Theme panel and check the results. I do recommend you to make a full backup to your theme before each updating of the theme.
Thank for your understanding!
Hello newworldtrade,
We recommend using the Revolution Slider because this is a tested plugin with the theme and should return better results if it will be correctly set up with the theme. Please check the following useful guides from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-install-revolution-slider-v5/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-revolution-sliders-on-demos/

Hello libraeditrice,
Please check our theme requirements from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Please also update your tag div composer plugin by deleting the current one you have and installing it again from the 8.7.3 package.
if that does not fix the issue, you can try to add this code to your .htaccess:
<IfModule mod_substitute.c>
SubstituteMaxLineLength 10M
</IfModule>
Thank you!

Hello greenboxae,
If you will use the Mobile Theme you do not have the same layout like on the desktop. Disable it and the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mode.
Thanks for the message!
Hello dedamilorad,
If you are using the mobile theme, please notice that the first big grid at the top of your homepage will be populated with the posts from Featured categories. Also, if you do not have something like this added in that section, no posts will be posted. Ensure that you have some posts added to this category from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/NqiK5dmUT

Hello kaisan,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which might interact with the theme core files and break the style of the sharing buttons, sorry! -> https://www.screencast.com/t/xSraQlS9dyr4 Please remove all of these, clear all the caches and check the results.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Simon,
We only recommend our AMP plugin and also, we cannot provide support for another AMP plugin. Yes, you should disable it and install our plugin but I do not know what kind of SEO optimization you have made on your website and also, I cannot say for sure if you will disable your plugin you will not lose any SEO rankings or something else, sorry!
This should not happen.
Thanks.

Hello dichthat,
I suppose that you want to increase the width of your modules in blocks likes? Please notice that the theme does not have any such an option for it and also, we do not recommend to do this because you can easily break the theme layout, sorry! If you want to make this, you should do it yourself but please notice that we cannot provide support for additional customizations.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello fotoko,
Here is talking about the page template. If you need to remove that section from the bottom of the page, you should simply change the page template from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/

Hello gibbsyns3,
Sorry but the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to make these changes, sorry! You should create your own custom CSS code for each button you want to disable or you can implement it through the code if you know this.
The only option available in theme panel is to disable this for the whole website, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/bbBVJO1G0zy
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Kingx26,
Please check our demo preview on your laptop and tell me if you bring the same results on your website -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ If your results are too different then our demo it means that you have some problems with your website. Maybe you have some untested plugins, additional customizations which break the normal theme behavior on mobile, sorry!
Please let us know how it goes and also, you can provide your website URL for more investigations.

Hello Totelae,
Please notice that the default style for that demo, Art Creek has this layout, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/s8IClhyzq All the meta information container is aligned to center. If you want to change this position, you should use a bit of CSS code to overwrite the style. Try the code below and place it in the Theme panel
-> Custom CSS Area.
The code is ->
.td-art-creek .td_module_wrap, .td-art-creek .td_module_mega_menu, .td-art-creek .td_module_related_posts {
text-align: left;
}
The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/gULngcxVBNio
