I have inspected your source page and I saw that you are using the Autoptimize plugin which is not tested with the theme and which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable it, clear all of the caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system, Cloudflare, remove any minified sources and check the results.

The theme does not have any such an option that allows you to disable only a By a review score from Category pages, sorry! You should use a bit of CSS code if you want to do this.
