Please notice that we do not have any bad reports in this case and we recommend to use the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way because this is the surest method in this case. Try to make a new install to another sub-domain for testing only with required plugins and check the results.

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option. Notice that the theme has a default configuration for responsive but if you want to change it for your header menu items you should do it yourself through some custom CSS code.
