Hello oneprimalscream,

If you want to hide such a widget for a certain page, you should use a bit of CSS code for that page using the page ID. You should provide your website URL and specify exactly from where you want to hide the widget.

Hello curmi01,

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this functionality and therefore, we have no idea about the implementation of it. You should follow the Facebook instruction from here -> https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-box-for-pages/ Also, as a hint, you can refer to the following topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/facebook-comments-2/ and try to apply the same configuration to the Facebook Comments. It may work!

Hello,

I have inspected your website and I saw that on this page appears some div’s which are not coming from our theme as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/zNVySTgf06 Please try to disable all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, you should make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.

Hello arirasanen,

You should change it with a bit of CSS code and place it in the custom CSS area corresponding to Mobile Devices from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/tpFKPzLKK3
You should create your custom CSS code which you want according to the following useful tutorial from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/ and target what kind of class you want for mobile devices.

Hello finanspara,

Try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest theme method in this case. Also, make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme with all the plugins updated. Also, check your PHP version from your server to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Hello bdundar,

Please notice that’s a more complicated to manually add the ad code to each post without a loop. Why does the Article Inline Ad not work? I have tested on my side and everything seems to work as expected. Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme, check all of your plugins to be updated and if you are using some untested ones, you should remove all of them if you want to achieve best theme results.

Hello zoran93,

Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this, sorry! You should try using such a plugin with this functionality and check the results. We cannot make any recommendation in this case because none of this plugins have not been tested with this theme.

Hello afratus,

My advice is to make a new clean install to another sub-domain for testing with the latest version of the theme and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all the caches and check the results. I have seen that you are using some untested plugins to your website which might cause a lot of unknown issues to your website and that’s why we recommend disabling all of these.
If the problem is still there after you have followed my advice, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer to your setup page. Provide there the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.

Hello bengaloorism,

I have tried to access your website but no success. It seems to be in maintenance mode. The share buttons should have worked as expected, without any problems. Check your Browser cache, clear it from the Browser settings and check the results. If is not what you mean, please provide a useful screenshot of the problem so I can identify it.

Hello ravejungle,

The simplest way, in this case, is to use a bit of CSS code to hide it from a certain page. Another way, in this case, is to do this from the code. As a hint, you have to use is_single() condition to target the post page. For more references in this regard, please check the Codex here -> https://developer.wordpress.org/reference/functions/is_single/
If you want to develop more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Hello user398792483729847982,

Unfortunately, I cannot access your screenshot. I guess that you are using a Header style which has integrated into it the logo and also, you have more item menus which will fall down to the second line, right? Please try using another header style which does not have a logo in front of them because you will have more free space for your item menus. Please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/

Hello bananaj,

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme which comes bundled with the theme core files. Check all the bundled plugins to be updated to the latest version of it. Also, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them because these might interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Notice that the plugins should works as expected if it will be right installed according to our documentation.

Hello tsuialex,

Hello,

If you want to change the post content font to be the same with the Desktop you should add a bit of CSS code inside the Advanced CSS section area from Theme panel here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/noJtxjiooZ9 and the code will be applied only for mobile devices.

.td-post-content p{
font-family: JameelNooriNastaleeq;
font-size: 20px;
font-weight: 600;
}

Hope this helps!

Thanks for your understanding!
