Unfortunately, until now, we do not have any bad reports in this case, sorry! Most likely, this problem can be caused by the use of some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. Disable all of them, clear all the caches and use only the required and tested plugins with the theme if you want to achieve good theme’s results.

So, if you want to change that translations with other default words, added by you, notice that you should edit these files with a Poedit which is free software and then replace it on the translations folder, clear all the caches and that’s all. -> https://poedit.net/

The Visual Composer is fully tested with the theme and should work as expected. Also, notice that the multisite is just a WordPress functionality and it can be done in a lot of ways. For more information about this implementation, please check here -> https://codex.wordpress.org/Create_A_Network We recommend using the way of multisite when you have to create a new install for each subdomain and then you can make a redirect between them.

If you want to make this customization, notice that you should use the inspector browser, use it to check the elements which create these buttons and then, create your own custom CSS code to achieve as you wish. Unfortunately, none of these two-page builders does not support to be used for post pages, sorry! We have some post templates which can be used for theme panel. So, if you want, you can try using the Visual Composer for post pages but please notice that we cannot say for sure if it will work or not as expected with the theme, sorry!

1)Regarding this problem, you should check the following useful topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/header-style-8/ because there was explained this concept. I guess that you have done some customization with a CSS code, you are using the speed booster and that’s why the theme will display you first the default setups and then your customizations.
2)Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do that when the Ad Block is enabled. You should just use a bit of CSS Code to remove that white space but the theme does not know when exactly the Ad Block is enabled or disabled to apply this. This thing probably will have to be done with the code and we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!
