Hi guarabana,
Sorry, but please notice that is the specific style for this Widget and it’s come from WordPress and it’s not theme related.

2)Please give me a useful screenshot with the pagination which you want to change it.

Hi kalum,
What kind of changes do you have made and not receive any results? If you are referring to these fields, after I have checked your website I saw that all of these are there -> https://www.screencast.com/t/SDcv9XxF If is not what you mean, please be more specific.
Thanks.
Hi Febrow,
I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problem with your Footer section. What kind of error do you receive? Provide more details about this so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. First of all, if you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of these, leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello Febrow,
You should try using the code below and place it in Theme panel -> Custom CSS area.
The code is ->
.td_block_related_posts .td-module-title a{
pointer-events:none;
}
.td_block_related_posts:hover .td-module-title a{
color:inherit;
}
Thanks.
Hi kalum,
I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problem with it. Everything seems to work as expected, without any problems, sorry! Please try to clear all of your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.

Hello concertioline,
Sorry for this but please notice that our theme does not have any “intermediate” version in this case, sorry! You should recreate your homepage which was made via Visual Composer, add your Widgets in your sidebar because after updating your theme, all of these will appears as deactivated. You should activate all of them and place them in your sidebar.
Verry important is to make a full backup to each theme update. For more information about how you can correctly use and recreate the pages with our page builder, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello bababilgisayar,

The child theme cannot be used for everything change you want to make, sorry! please read more carefully our documentation regarding on this child theme here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/ because there you will find all of the details about this.

Hello masdi,
Please notice that the Top Bar menu was been removed from mobile devices because the menu contains this top bar, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/tRsmW1XCT
Thanks for the message!
Hello ashokbasnetashu,
First of all, please ensure that your theme’s updating was right made via FTP way and then, notice that you should have active only one-page builder like as Visual Composer or TD Composer. We do not recommend using together because may appear some issues. For more information about using our page builder, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/ After this, check your system status parameters to be according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Hope this helps!
Thanks for the message!
Hello aqimz91,
Please ensure that you have right installed the theme via FTP way and then, make sure if you do not use the both page builder simultaneously. Also, we do not recommend to have all of them to be active in the same way. Use one of them.
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi bso,
Please notice that we can provide you 7’th theme version if you want because the 6.7.2 version is too deprecated version. If you want this one, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and request it there.
I will repeat you again that the surest way to protect your theme is to UPDATE it.
Thanks.
Hello invisiontechs,
Most likely, you have a string cache effect and that’s why you do not see any changes. After this change, you should clear all of your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello mrgarcia707,
Unfortunately, this type of plugin has not been tested with our theme and most likely, this is the main reason of this issue. Sorry, but notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins. Use only the plugins which come bundled with the theme core files and which are tested with our theme if you want to bring best theme’s results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello majorfuss,
1)Check the Theme panel -> Theme Fonts, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/6j4mmsiL and from there you can make this change.
2)If you are referring to this element -> https://www.screencast.com/t/v9oWtNWLg5xm notice that you can turn off it from here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/v9oWtNWLg5xm for each block. If is not what you mean, provide more details or useful screenshots.
3) In order to remove more from an author you can use 2 methods:
The CSS method:
.td_block_related_posts .td-related-right {
display:none;
}
You can add the code in the theme Panel -> custom CSS box.
Or you can edit the theme files: comment out or delete this part: http://screencast.com/t/Okmq7lxTDzGd
4)Unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean. Provide more details about it so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.
Thanks.
Hello dcosimo,
Please keep in mind that the bbPress has been tested and it seems to work as expected with the latest theme version. Please try again, remove all of your untested plugins if you are using something like this and try to use this plugin at the default state of the theme. Clear all the caches and check the results. Should works.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi Matías,
Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to do this, automatically, sorry! You should do it manually, using a bit of CSS code for each post (using the post ID) which has this specification or you should create a code which does this automatically. Notice that is not a simple task and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this case, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello concertioline,
Sorry for this inconvenient, but please notice that does not exist any step-by-step upgrade. The only solution in this regard is to update your theme, sorry!
Thanks.
Hi bso,
Please refer to this topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/php-injector/ about more information about this regard.
Thanks.
Hi daniloz,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are not using our Related Articles modules which can be enabled from Theme panel, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/related-articles-2/ I guess that you are using such a plugin to display this module and that’s why you do not bring the same layout with our demo preview. If you want to achieve the same effect, you should use only the theme’s functionality.
If is not what you mean, please provide more details about what exactly you want to achieve and also, can provide any others useful screenshots so I can understand it better.
Thanks for your message!
Hi travisnw,
Please keep in mind that if your page was fully created only with Visual Composer, the Video Player will work fine. I have tested on my side and this element seems to work as expected. Also, notice that’s not recommended to use at the same time our both page builders because could appear some conflicts.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
