Unfortunately, there is no option to change the categories order, you will need custom modifications for this.
I suggest to try this plugin Category Order and Taxonomy Terms Order as I saw that many users use it to change the categories order.

Also, I inspected your source page and I saw that you are using a lot of untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins. Remove all of your untested plugins, leave just only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins.

After you have turned off the blocks which you do not want to use, you should install the Force Regenerate plugin to remove all of these images created earlier. Most likely, you have 5 different images created because you have enabled some blocks which use 5 different image size. Turn off ALL of them and check the results.

Notice that error might happen due to your untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of untested plugins, sorry! I recommend you to do a new clean install from scratch via another sub-domain, install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme core files and rule out any conflicting plugins. Clear all fo your cache and check the results.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and causes a lot of unknown issues. I recommend you do a new fresh install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/ Also, clear all of your caches, server caches, purge all CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.

I have inspected your website and I did not saw any problem with your images on blocks. All of these seems to work as expected and I did not saw any image which does not fit the thumb. Please provide some useful screenshots with the problem so I can identify it. Also, before this, you should use Thumbnail Regenerate or Force Regenerate to fix this problem if this will appear.
