You should disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugin that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

These are two different things and it is not needed to be used altogether. The WP Super Cache is needed to be used because gives a more page speed at your website. Also, if the CDN will be used, you will increase the page speed of your website.

If you want to have a landing page, without header and footer section, you should use a bit of CSS code to hide them. Also, you should use the page ID for this type of page. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS Area.

My advice is to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme. You should re-download the latest version of the theme which is now available on Theme Forest and install it via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. Do you update the theme to 7.6.1 version? If you have not do it you should do it now because in the latest version of the theme, was introduced the option to disable logging section. Please notice that since now, if you will have a log-in on your website and if you do not have the https you will see the no-secure message. You should have the https. Notice that the theme code is fully tested and you should not encounter any problems if it was right installed. In a future update, it is possible, but we cannot say for sure if it gets done in the next update because we have a big list of fixes, improvements, and suggestions to implement. It’s hard to filter them and select which one gets implemented now and which one gets postponed. The developers decide if it gets done or not, though.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option for it, sorry! You should edit the theme core file corresponding to post template used by you. For example, if you are using the post template default, you should use the do_shortcode method and place the Ad (you can use the Custom Ad 1) as you want.
