Hello john low,

My advice in this regard is to make a new fresh install from scratch via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard. Also, install the latest version of the theme with only the required plugins which come bundled with the theme packet. Clear all your caches and check the results. In this case, the theme should work as properly. For more information about theme installing, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello Roboman,

If you want to display the category after the date on module_10, you should edit the td_module_10.php core file and add the following snippet of code, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/2aQ3hYNx3Pv
The code which has to be added is here -> <?php echo $this->get_category();?>

Hope this helps!

Hello fxnewsman,

As you can see, our default theme work as properly, as you can see in our demo, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/Sn96SaMf I suppose that your changes happen due to your untested plugins which are used on your website. Please try to revert the theme to the default state, remove all untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello ohmichea,

Unfortunately, I do not know what exactly you want to achieve. So, please notice that the PHP code should have to be added in the right core file from the theme. In your case, I suppose that you have to check the category template files and add there your code, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ZdAh6LLCW8 This is just a simple suggestion. So, if you want to display more levels in our theme and if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide custom work at the moment, sorry!

Hello marcogovoni,

If you want to add something like this, you should use a bit of CSS code to do that. Try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

The code is ->

.td-category-header{
background-image: url(http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/wp-content/uploads/2016/05/login-mod.jpg);
background-size:100% 100%;
background-repeat: no-repeat;
}

The result is here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/mYqHkK0k

Hope this helps!

Hello daviddownie17,

If you want this, you should use the post template style 5 which do not display the featured image at the content of the post and there you can add any image you want.
For your second request, unfortunately, I do not exactly understand what you mean, sorry! Plase be more specific, provide some useful screenshots so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Hello Golffyk,

I have checked your website, and I noticed that the Google Adsense seems to be empty. Maybe it is not delivered by Google. Also, please keep in mind that the theme does not influence the structure of ad code. The theme only takes over the ad and display it at the front end. I suggest you contact the Google Adsense departments, tell the problem because they should be able to provide a more accurate response.

Hello Viachaslau1974,

Please keep in mind that I have tested our demo to this Mobile-Friendly Test and I got this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/7b1ue0GZvRN It seems that our theme is mobile friendly, after this result. All of these errors happens due to your website customizations. You should try to revert the theme to the default state, remove all untested plugins if you have something like this and try using only tested plugins and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if you have some additional customizations, notice that all of them can influence this bad results which you have got after testing your mobile friendly. I suggest you make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of it via FTP and check the results. Every time, before reporting an issue with the theme, please try to check it on our demo and if it will be there, means that the problem is caused by the theme.

Hello ramspeed,

First of all, check your Theme panel->Block Settings that your thumbs to be activated like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/I85cef0Ey4 Also, if you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Notice that our theme uses thumbs and the images are cut by these. So, if these are disabled, the theme will display the image at the original size and could look ugly. Clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
