Hello Viachaslau1974,

You should check the theme core file where the code for this page template is created and try to remove from there the following snippet of the code, like this- > http://screencast.com/t/rl1x7Z4XQQn8 This is just a hint. You should just try and check the results.

Hello anteck,

If you want to hide your main menu you should use a bit of CSS code, for example, try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

The code is ->

#td-header-menu{
display:none;
}

If is not what you mean, please provide more details.

Thanks.

Hello Vilfredo,

Hello azzronulation,

Unfortunately, please notice that our product does not have such an option for dynamic width and we do not recommend to do that through the custom CSS code because the layout of the theme will be damaged. If you want to change the width of the theme to be in full-width mode, please notice that is not a simple task and you will have to adjust the entire theme to the new width for better results.

If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to do this for you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello dimitar,

I guess that you are using the Background and that’s why the header menu and footer section will be switched in boxed mode. Please notice that our theme will be switched in boxed mode if you will add a background image and that’s why the Footer and the Header are not be displayed in full width. Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option that allows you a way to change this behavior from the panel, but you can do that using a bit of CSS code. You should follow the next topic here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-create-fake-full-width-top-menus-by-coloring-the-outer-wrappers-in-6-1/#post-56800 because there you find a solution in this regard.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you a way to change the URL for the login widget from the Top Bar menu. So, if you want to make some changes in this regard, you should edit the code from the theme core file. You should edit the top-menu.php, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/V9AROitqnKy3

Hello geospatialmedia,

I have inspected your website and saw that you have some issues to your console and also, I have noticed that you are using some untested plugins. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Make sure that all of these steps were made via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. For more information about this method, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-install-via-ftp/
Also, first of all, please try to re-save your permalinks from your General Settings, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/2u09wN9LMmUi

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Hello kaidensharma,

I have inspected your website on mobile mode and it seems to work as properly. You should use a bit of CSS code to give black color for menu button, like this ->

#td-top-mobile-toggle i{
color:black;
}

The results is here -> http://screencast.com/t/IJYNGUWa

If is not what you mean, please provide more details so OI will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Hello bgo,

I have inspected your website, and I saw that you are using the module 1 to display the posts on the category page. So, I check your featured image, and I notice that the size of it is not right. Your natural image size is 108*300 px and the size of the thumb for module 1 is 324*160 px. Please keep in mind that you should have minimum 324px for image width if you want to bring best results. Notice that the theme thumbs only crop the image and not enlarge it. The image thumb crop from center to top the image and that’s why you have only the top of your image displayed in the thumb…the image is too short. Also, I have made a test with your featured image to my side, using the module 1 and the result is here -> http://screencast.com/t/nNRoZSTFChD and your result in here -> http://screencast.com/t/uxqeIqgKNS Your image it seems to be zoomed in and our theme does not do this. I think that you are using some plugin which enlarges the image. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, please use some properly images according to our thumb sizes. For more information, consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/

Hope this helps!

Hello votranhtuhi,

}
.post {
background-color:transparent;
}

The result is here -> http://screencast.com/t/PhIKfaKb3TOS

Hello votranhtuhi,

Try to make a new clean install from scratch using only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicts. The Widgetised sidebars are fully tested with the theme and seem to work as properly until now. The theme installing should have to be done via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard

The Visual Composer does not need activation.
-The theme includes a license for this plugin so you don’t have to buy it.
-You don’t have to activate the plugin license, it’s already activated.
-You can’t update Visual Composer directly from the it’s producer.
-You don’t have to worry about the plugin update warnings.
-We provide updates on a regular basis after we test the plugin for theme compatibility we include it in the latest theme update, inside the ../plugins folder

If the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Provide there the link of this topic so we can easily identify you.
