Please keep in mind that each demo has an own style which is loaded when you install that demo. This is not a simple task to change the default style to look like as Travel Demo, for example (these customizations involve custom work). Try to update the theme to the latest version of it (Newspaper 7.4) and also, update all the required plugins to the latest version of them. If you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.

Clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and try it again.

In a future update, it is possible but we cannot say for sure if it will get done in the next update because we have a big list of fixes, improvements, and suggestions to implement. It’s hard to filter them and select which one gets implemented now and which one gets postponed. The developers decide if it gets done or not, though.

Until now, we do not have any bad reports in this regard. Also, the installing theme should be made via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Normally the Envato policy allows using a theme only on one install. You can, however, use the theme on a sub-domain if you plan on creating a testing site, but if we are talking about totally different sites with different content, then only one theme per install is legally allowed: http://screencast.com/t/NqzloVgyUJB. In your case, you can use the same license of the theme for the other domain.
