Hello livingtosmile,

Please notice that the ‘About Us’ is just a section from your Footer where you can add some description about your website, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/o3hQVwhe -> http://screencast.com/t/Wkfb26Hglp and it is not necessary to have a page for this section.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello Cristi,

Yes. Please notice that you want to add some widgets to your sidebar in frontpage, you will have to use the 2/3+1/3 layout from Visual Composer and then use the Widgetised Sidebar element, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/k8UuuFByvM2j For more information about sidebars, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/

Hello Boddickerdk,

Please notice that the best way to remove this is from your backend, manually for each block and another option would be to use a bit of CSS code to hide them. If you want this, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Thanks.

If you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

Hello crazydiver,

It is possible this thing if you are using a bit of CSS code to hide the header ad for certain posts, using the posts ID.
Below I gave you an example for a certain post which have this post ID -> postid-3050.

.postid-3050 .td-header-rec-wrap{
display:none;
}

The result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/HG8A7mv4

You will have to try the similar method for your side and see how it will work.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello momo,

I have done a lot of tests in this regard with as Administrator, Subscriber, Author and this option seems to work like a charm. Please ensure that you correctly set this option from here -> http://screencast.com/t/Q2Ve9039zlWf
Make sure if you are using the latest version of the theme (and required plugins) and also, the latest version of WordPress (v.4.5.3).
Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello GadgetViper,

Please notice that until now we do not have any bad reports in this regard and we cannot provide any response in this case because I cannot recreate this issue, sorry! Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and required plugins (Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1) and also, the latest version of WordPress (v.4.5.3). Clear all your caches and check again.
So, if your problem is still there, please try to switch your theme to a default one and check the behaviour in this case. For more details, you can make a mini-video so I can see what happens this problem.

Hello Achimzwo,

I hope that you want to display and the search icon and that’s why I gave you this code ->

.header-search-wrap {
display: block!important;
}

Please ignore it or delete if you add it in your custom CSS Area and the search icon will be hidden.

Thanks.

Hello amitmadhra,

1)Unfortunately, our theme has not been tested with Google Material Design and we have no idea if it will work with this, sorry! If this supposes that the layout of the theme to be modified, please notice that you cannot bring the best results because our theme does not support to increase/decrease the layout and as you can see, it is already responsiveness.
2)Unfortunate, we cannot help in this matter as we have not even tested The Ultimate Addons for Visual Composer. The plugin author is the one that can shed light on the subject.
3)Unfortunately, this type of plugin is not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the theme behaviour with this plugin and also we cannot say for sure if it will work as expected with the theme. Notice that we cannot provide support for untested plugins.

Thanks for your understanding!

Hello mboydnv,

For your first request, please try to use the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

The code is ->

@media (max-width: 1018px) and (min-width: 768px){
.sf-menu .td-icon-menu-down {
display: none;
}
}
@media (max-width: 1018px) and (min-width: 768px){
.td-header-style-6 .td-main-menu-logo {
margin-right: 8px;
}
.td-header-menu-wrap-full{
height:initial!important;
}
}

The result you should see here -> http://screencast.com/t/vhoiagMpE

For your second request, please notice that that whitespace come from your sidebar because this is too short for your page content and if it is fixed when you scroll down you will bring that white space. You will have to try to make your sidebar being in sticky mode and then through this method you can get rid of it this space. For more information about smart sidebar, please consult our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-sidebar-2/

Hope this helps!

Hello pixelonline,

Please notice that when you customize your homepage in the backend, you can to chose the position of your desired block as you wish. For example, if you have a PERFORMANCE TRAINING block and you want that certain post to be displayed in this block, you will have to filter the block by a category which contains your post in order to achieve as you wish, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/IkvR9bP74C1B
For more information about this, you can try to read our documentation regarding on what can be used the Visual Composer in the correct way, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/ Also, you can watch our video tutorial from our YouTube channel where is presented the important steps in order to create a homepage, like this -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LC7iz-v-zIY
