Please try to search some plugins with these functionalities and test it on your side and see how it works for you or you can hire a freelancer/developer to implement these functionalities in our theme because we cannot provide custom services at the moment, sorry!

5) Please make sure you have these requirements before further investigation is required:

a) Please make sure you have the latest theme version: 6.6.4. If not, you need to follow this guide to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

c)You need to follow this guide to get the requirements from facebook:

Please keep in mind that the social counter is not a live count. It will update once every few hours. Please try with other Facebook Id, as example cocacola or envato and see how it works.

Once you followed all the above steps properly and made sure you have not missed anything, (and the social counter still does not work), then you can send an email to contact@tagdiv.com with your login information so we can further inspect the issue.

The child theme helps you to keep the changes made by you for the future update but if your modified files are not changed by the theme in this update. Please notice that the style.css file is changed in every update and it is necessary to update your child theme that come bundled with our theme on every update to works well. If your files changed are different to files changed by the theme you have to replace only those files in the child theme.

The single horizontal menu is main menu…our theme does not have such option to set a horizontal menu from vertical menu, sorry! We suggest you try to search some plugins with this functionality and test it on your side and see how it works for you.

Please try to use Regenerate Thumbnail plugin to fit your all images into the thumbnails. Also, please ensure that you are using the correct size of images for these kinds of thumbnails. Please notice that the theme only crops images, it does not enlarge/stretch them. The image does not fit the container because it is smaller than the container. You will need to upload bigger images or use the ‘thumbnail upscale’ plugin to stretch images.
