That is happen because first are load the styles from theme files and after that is check the styles from Theme panel, the only way to avoid that is to change the style on them files.

Please make sure that you have the last version of theme, and you have all theme plugins updated.

If you have the last version of them, please deactivate all no theme plugins, clear all cache and try again, can be a plugin conflict.

If this plugin for restrict do not have any settings for redirect I think that the only way to do that is to make some changes in theme files or plugin files.
Also please provide some more details ( what restrict plugin are you using ), and a link were I can inspect this if this is possible.
