Instagram Max Display 12 because on Instagram page by default are only 12 image load, the rest of theme will appear only after you scroll on page, that’s why are showing only 12 Instagram image.

I do not understand very well the problem you have with video post, if you refer to demos, you can have only one demo install on theme, but you can use the tagDiv Cloud Library and get from there the template for your posts( also you can edit them if you want ).

I think when you say jump you refer to the change of font size, this is happen because the theme set a default font size, and you make some changes to it, the problem is that the speed load is low and the changes are visible.

This may happen due to the 7 days post sorting feature which makes requests to the server to update the counter and keep track of the “most popular posts”if you have it set please try without it, it will lower the number of database queries.
