Unfortunately there is no option to active and get the website to full width, sorry.
In order to get posts, categories on full screen you need to set some template from tagDiv Cloud Library edit the template (stretch row and content ) https://www.screencast.com/t/i8SQ5eS4 .
Do the same with the category templates, author templates.
