It appear that there is a redirect when you click on author to the contact me form, this is usually a redirect that is set by an extra plugin and is not related to the theme.
For example using Yoast SEO plugin if author archives is disabled – https://i.imgur.com/IfajE5R.pngthe when you click on author you’ll be redirected to homepage. Check if you have any redirect plugin or you can even make a test using only tagDiv plugins to see if the situation persist.

This situation appears when tagDiv Mobile theme plugin is used and the cache plugin do not change the mobile version separate on desktop version. First recommendation is to check if the cache plugin supports separate cache for mobile, if not what you need to to is to use the tagDiv mobile theme plugin only for amp – https://i.imgur.com/FfcFP6t.png (in case that amp is used) or disable the plugin.

Usually this situation appears when your cache plugin do not make a separate cache for mobile version and is using the same cache for bot versions. In case that your cache plugin do not have an option for this, then you’ll need to disable the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin ( or use it only for amp)

Ok, so I use my phone and I checked all but all mobile menu elements but for me the that ‘tipobet’ was not displayed. Do you have the possibility to test it with more mobiles? It is possible that this popup/redirect to be only for some regions or it can be an isolate case. I tested using android.
I also tested on desktop using a mobile simulator and everything as ok.
Now checking your screen record by checking the network it appears that this is a googlebot – https://i.imgur.com/DDIevxw.png also, I so code related to apple, so it is possible to be a problem that will be only on iOS.

This situation can be created by an extra plugin that it is used or even some custom code. My recommendation is if you are using a child theme then please set the main theme and check if the problem persists, also please do a test using only tagDiv plugins to see if it is not a plugin conflict.
Something else that can help to re-save the permalink.

Thank you for providing the error message. From this one I can see that the situation is caused by tagDiv Opt-in builder, it is possible that this is related to the php version you are using, I will recommend to try with previous versions as 7.4, 8, 8.1, and 8.2 (this should resolved the problem). Also, in case that you are not using the options provided by the plugin then the best solution is to disable it.
