Hi,
First you need to activate the theme – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-6-how-to-activate-the-theme/ after that go to Newspaper > My license and make sure that the key is assigned to the domain.
In case you can not access the section for My license or you are still facing problems please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a temporary wp-admin access. We’ll check it as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Hi,
The plugins you are using are ok, as far as I know non of them interfere with the theme.
Also, lightspeed server is ok, just make sure that the cache from it is not apply
If you want we can take a closer look, for this it will be need to make a full backup for the website and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary wp-admin and cPanel access and we’ll take a look as soon as we can.
Thank you!
I’m glad we discovered the cause of the problem and how to fix it.
Hi,
If you are using the image box then you can simple adding/replacing the image using this option – https://i.imgur.com/cRa3QPM.png – https://i.imgur.com/PZ6kEtM.png also you can change the style – https://i.imgur.com/aUCbxfu.png to be without borders.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please fallow the suggestions from this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/missing-social-share-options/ in case that the problem persist, please contact us via email and we’ll do our best to help.

Hi,
The user that submitted the article can edit it from it’s account – https://i.imgur.com/uNUlzE1.png in my case is under My proprieties – https://i.imgur.com/c9Vj6Nl.png (since I’m the admin I can publish the article, but an non admin will not have this option), now this is the page account and you can add a few extra pages by adding the page id – https://i.imgur.com/PPwU5bw.png – so you’ll need a page where to set the Posts List element and the user will have access to it from the page account – https://i.imgur.com/7dYr1Q2.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi neagoe91, as simchris mentioned, you should use previous php versions for the moment, php 8.2 and 8.3 will do just fine. Also, please check if you are using and cache or object cache, sometimes this can interfere if the cache is also apply on backend.
Can you provide a list with the plugins you are using? and if you use Apache, lightspeed or nginx server?
Thank you!
Hi,
1. I checked the homepage and the next prev seems to be working on all blocks except the first one were all the time is bringing the same article. What I can suggest is to try with a filter applied this should resolved the situation.
2. Please check in the theme panel if you have any social share enabled to be display. If there are only a few socials, you can use this quite to add the rest of them – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/missing-social-share-options/
3. Where are “td-gadgets-loop” and “td-gadgets-flex” defined? – those classes are coming with the demo install, the css is implemented directly in the demo so you’ll need to overwrite it by adding an extra css that will apply on those classes.
4. This needs to be done per each block where you want to adjust the text, use tagDiv Composer, edit the page/template, select the block and in Layout tab look for button text – https://i.imgur.com/1bvkgVK.png
5. This can be done by editing the single post template with tagDiv Composer and enabling the infinite loading option. You can use this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-single-posts/
Thank you!
Hi simchris, thank you for sharing this solution with the rest of community!
Hi Babak, is this situation happen for all articles, or only on some of them? Also, when you are logged in the problem appears? Do you use any extra plugin for authors/co-authors or something like this? Checking your link it is like you are using a plugin for co-authors and the author box is displaying the author that created and publish the article, not the one selected using the plugin options.
Thank you!
Hi,
1. When you see shortcodes on your website it is because some theme plugins are not installed and activated, please go to Newspaper > plugins and make sure that tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud library are installed and activated, if there are still shortcodes on your website, this means that there are other team plugin that needs to be installed (it can be tgDiv opt-in builder, or maybe the tagdiv social counter or newsletter)
2. If I understand correctly you are referring to the post template used for your articles, if you have cache and object cache, make sure that you clear it select the template you want to use for your articles, try to set it in the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/FcBQ13r.png
3. The media images that you are referring are coming from tagdiv Newsletter plugin, if you do not use it then you can disable the plugin and delete the images, but if you use the plugin and delete the image, then those will bring back when the newsletter shortcode is used and when the plugin is installed.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please try this custom css:
.single .td-post-content h4 {
font-size: 26px;
}
Set it in the theme panel in css place and make sure that you clear all cache, the results should be – https://i.imgur.com/moW3WEb.png
“How can I change the font size using TagDiv Composer for post content?” – this can be done if you replace the standard template with cloud template and you use single post template .
Thank you!
Hi,
1. For this all you need to do is to enable the option on flex blocks – https://i.imgur.com/k7yk8f3.png then on the block you want to display the booked articles use this option from filter tab – https://i.imgur.com/yTWXXAE.png
2. The theme provide an element named “Header bookmark” and this can be set in any place with tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/sPEzGWR.png
Also, here is our guide for the bookmark – https://forum.tagdiv.com/bookmark-save-for-later/
Thank you!
Hi,
The demo you have installed used for mobile menu a popup element that has attached a page, so you’ll need to edit that page – https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/ to see the age id or to open the page that is used, select the mobile view port in composer, and click on mobile menu, then you can click on edit link and this will open the page that is contain the mobile menu page – https://i.imgur.com/8AQt3zL.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
” I enabled an option “Drop menu items in More” in tablet mode but its gets enabled in all screens.” – yes that option is general of all view ports and my suggestions was to adjust the menu width so only on tablet to be display the dropdown menu.
If you want use the option for “Drop menu items in More” only on tablet the only solution will be to have 2 headers elements and the one from desktop to be hidden on the rest of devices and the one from tablet to be hidden on desktop – https://i.imgur.com/8MwI1vA.png – https://i.imgur.com/SszWYy0.png (to can see the hidden elements on composer)p, doing this you can set on the one that you want to use on table the option for “Drop menu items in More”, but please notice that if you are using header menus with mega menus or pages/categories this will slow the website performances, so to prevent this you’ll need at least one menu to be created using permalinks for menu elements.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to hide them, then you can use the option to hide the elements, this needs to be done per each view port in part and you’ll also need to enabled the hidden element option in manager so when you edit the page or template with tagDiv Composer to see those elements – https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-website-manager/ – https://i.imgur.com/FSeDA03.png – https://i.imgur.com/at3xxE5.png
Thank you!
Hi Vunt,
First please make sure that you are using a cache plugin that support to create different cache for mobile version only then you can use the mobile theme plugin, or mobile page templates without having problems. Next step will be to make sure you have done as much optimizations you can, for example, use small thumbs for mobile version, do not use many elements and blocks, do not load the desktop header on mobile – https://i.imgur.com/hjJSsZd.png
Using tagDiv Mobile theme plugin can help with the speed, but the mobile version will be totally different and the option to edit is very limited, you can check more in our guides – https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ so in case that you want to have a layout similar with the desktop one or the same elements as on desktop, then do not use the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin.
Thank you!
Hi,
Thanks for providing the link to your website.
I just checked the page speed results and this are very good – https://i.imgur.com/5N0NtMN.png – https://i.imgur.com/muanMSO.png what you can do are small adjacence for mobile version, so here are the improvements that can be done:
Accessibility: change the H from H3 to div or to H3 for article recent and adjust the contrast color for date element – https://i.imgur.com/1QwicV5.png – https://i.imgur.com/BW4xfma.png
Image elements do not have explicit width and height, this one is referring to logo, make sure that the logo is set directly on the logo element like this – https://i.imgur.com/2Jc873Q.png (check it for bot header and footer logo elements).
My last suggestion is to use an image plugin that is automatically converting the images in webp format https://i.imgur.com/DnYb79v.png
This should help you to improve most f what has been left.
Thank you!
Hi,
Did you used any builder to create the post? or maybe you copy the text from somewhere? the code for text should not look like this – https://i.imgur.com/A8xtSOP.png it should be clean, like this – https://i.imgur.com/tSeYrG7.png Most of the time the situation you are facing appears when the text is copy from a place and is pasted with style/classes on WordPress, to avoid this after you copy a text use ctrl+shift+v (paste the text without style), this will resolve the situation you are facing.
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that you are referring to Infinite Loading option for Single Posts, this can be enabled/disable by editing the single post template with tagDiv Composer. Please check this guide that provides all steps – https://forum.tagdiv.com/infinite-loading-single-posts/
Thank you!
Hi,
The code should be set in the theme panel but if is not apply is possible to have set a different template, it will help if you can provide a link to the page where you have the h4 elements and let me know those h4 elements that you want to change the font size, doing this I can provide a code for this or provide indications for how to change the font size (if is a cloud template then it can be edited using tagDiv Composer, select the element and adjust the font size per view port).
Thank you!
Hi,
I believe that you have some ad blocker extension or something like that and this is why you do not see the banner ads.
Please try with a different browser or in incognito to login and do the edits (or check the extensions you are using on browser).
Thank you!
Hi,
Can you please provide some screenshots with the problem you are facing and a link where I can investigate and see what an be done?
Thank you!
Hi,
Please check the browser console for any errors. If you see something like this: https://i.imgur.com/iiBOHwP.png, head over to the Network tab, click on the error, and then check the Preview section to see what is blocking it.
It’s possible the issue is coming from your server host—maybe a 403 or 404 error. This forum thread has some helpful suggestions that might point you in the right direction:

Hi,
By default the H1 is set on logo, but when you get on an article the h1 will be set on article title, for pages to remove the h1 from logo you’ll need to set the page template on pagebuilder + page title -> https://i.imgur.com/ElmwJQR.png then the H1 will be set on page title. The H1 is an important element for SEO and it should be present on the page.
Thank you!
