Hi,
Can you please check the console, it is possible to display an error when you try to set the destination link of the image in the ‘Single background image’.
Thank you!
Hi,
Indeed the image appears twice in the source code, this is because the first time is set using the src and the second time is with srcset for responsive images, but this should use the same url.
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes, this suggestion is quite interesting, we added it to our list and our developers will check the list.
Thank you!
Hi,
Normally the license should also work on the subdomain, if there are problems, please contact us at the email address contact@tagdiv.com and please provide the license key to check it.
Thank you!
Hello,
Thank you for contacting us!
Can you please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com to discuss this problem? A developer will be in touch and he will try to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

Hi,
1. This problem can be resolved by using an SSL plugin – https://wordpress.org/plugins/really-simple-ssl/
2. This situation is made by an extension that you have installed on your chrome if you check it in incognito the problem should no longer appear.
3. I believe that this problem is something similar to the one from here – https://wordpress.org/support/topic/bartender-api-access-denied-2/
Thank you!
Hi,
Yes, according to your screenshot with the cache settings, this is a cache problem, the cache plugin is not correctly set, please set all the settings like in this guide – https://i.imgur.com/cDzLLia.png – https://i.imgur.com/cDzLLia.png – https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ then clear all cache and the problem should be resolved!
Let me know the results!
Hi mepeita,
The Newsmag theme doesn’t have the option to add the ads in that place. You can add the ads only in the sections from the theme panel and on pages you can set the ad box – https://i.imgur.com/o6lk9AH.png with tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
I see, what I can recommend in this case is to try the Envato Market WordPress Plugin – https://www.envato.com/lp/market-plugin/
I hope this will help you!
Hi bgits, you need to manually update the theme, for this, you need to get the new package from your ThemeForest account, you can check our guide for the theme update – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/
Thank you!
Hi,
Please do a few tests. Please check if this problem still appears if you are using only the theme plugins.
Another suggestion is to disable and delete all tagDiv plugins and reinstall them from Newsmag > plugins, also if you have a child theme, please set the main theme.
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hi,
Sometimes this problem appears because our system can not check the website, this can be a plugin conflict, or it can be from security settings.
If you want we can investigate and problem, for this you’ll need to contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary wp-admin and cPanel access.
Thank you!
Hi RSP,
Yes, the Newsmag is compatible with MariaDB v10.5 we test it for a while and everything was ok.
Thank you!
Hi Atithya,
Yes, I mentioned in the above reply that this solution is only for default post templates, if you are using cloud templates, please check this guide: Adding Multiple Authors to Your Articles
Thank you!
Hi rishindra ,
The error: “denied for too many attempts” is coming from a plugin or some security settings that have been made. We don’t have it in our theme or theme plugins.
What I can suggest is to try disabling Wordfence temporarily (and other security plugins, you can do it using FTP or cPanel in case you can not login) and see if that makes a difference.
Also, please check this guide – https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-unblock-limit-login-attempts-in-wordpress/
Thank you!
Hi,
I understand. What I can suggest is to try one of the plugins mentioned here – https://www.wpexplorer.com/dark-mode-plugins/
Thank you!
I understand. What I can recommend is this custom css:
.single .td-post-sharing-top {
margin-bottom: 0;
}
Set the code in the theme panel > custom code> advance css and the problem should be resolved.
Thank you!
Hello,
I understand. I have sent these details to the developers and they will check this situation as soon as possible.

Hi,
I think that most likely that space is caused by the “Facebook-like” element – https://i.imgur.com/dIz6KmF.png
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
Normally, it should also apply to the RSS feed -https://i.imgur.com/o4DrPwG.png
Thank you!
Hi,
If you have a Newsmag theme that has v 2.4.4 or under that version my suggestion is to make a full backup for the website and database and after that to update the theme to the last version (v5.3).
Another suggestion is to use a plugin like this one https://wordpress.org/plugins/prevent-xss-vulnerability/
Thank you!
Hi,
Normally, if it is from the theme settings, what you can do is to make sure that the font for the author is set to default, in this way it should be displayed exactly as it is written – https://i.imgur.com/Kg7Ydwy.png
In case you are using a Newspaper theme it is possible to have the cloud template, which can be checked using tagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hi mediaultra,
Can you please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary wp-admin access also, include the link to this topic and the necessary settings for stripe – https://i.imgur.com/CAiB81Y.png
We’ll check it as soon as possible.
Thank you!
Hi Bennettheyn,
Please try this custom css – https://i.imgur.com/NNxPG0l.png
.wp-block-buttons>.wp-block-button {
margin: 0 auto 8px;
}
.wp-block-buttons>.wp-block-button .wp-block-button__link{
border-radius: 10px;
padding: 16px 24px;
font-size: 18px;
line-height: 20px;
}
You need to set the code in the theme panel > Newsmag > custom code> css section.
I hope this will help you!
