As I can see in our reply all the problems seems to be related to the wp-admin folder from WordPress only, the themes and plugins are in wp-content -> https://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/beginners-guide-to-wordpress-file-and-directory-structure/
Now this is not exclude to be from a theme or plugin problem and those to interfere with the settings from WordPress for this you need to make a test using a default theme from WP and without any plugins to see if it is an WordPress problem or not (to make this you need to make a full backup first).

The options from the Breadcrumbs elements are working correctly for me and it should work for you too, just make sure that the link is set correctly, in my case https://i.imgur.com/EUbvFpV.png -> https://i.imgur.com/oK76g7j.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/SlfrNX3.png the link will be apply on all Breadcrumbs that have set that single post cloud template.

Now if you want to keep those and you do not need theme to be linked to something, then you can remove the click from them too.
For thumbnails you can remove the link using this css:

} 

Just set this code in the theme panel> custom code > custom css.

Maybe there are some problems with the pre-build websites, I tested on default, which one do you use? If the problem is on a different pre-build website, then it can be only from the extra file that are added on it, for example for magazine the file is this one wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/includes/demos/magazine/td_block_template_1.php just replace the code with this one https://pastebin.com/QRqsNDeQ and the problem should be solved.

Using Newsmag theme, tagDiv Composer can be used only on page, so you can not use it for category templates.

In case that this is not apply, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, make a test using only tagDiv plugins and set again a different H tag.

That error is referring to the post settings (https://i.imgur.com/FfoXX0G.png), usually, this kind of errors appears when in the theme or theme plugins were made changes and some time when there are some problems with some untested plugins.
What I can suggest it is to make a test using only tagDiv plugins and see if the error are still add in php error log, also in case that you know that there were made changes in the them files, then it can be from there, a clean install normally will fix the problem.

For modal popup login, you can simply disable the login from backend and remove it from the frontend using tagDiv Composer https://forum.tagdiv.com/login-how-to-enable-user-registration/ after that if you want you can also comment the code from the theme files wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/td-login-modal.php and wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/parts/tdb-login-modal.php
Also for live search, all you need to do is to remove it from the cloud header with tagDiv Composer and replace it with the search form element.

If the mobile theme version was deliver on desktop, then this problem was from the cache plugin that you are using, this do not know when to deliver the mobile cache version and when to deliver the desktop cache version. Usually, we recommend to use cache plugins with support for mobile cache.
Now if you disabled the mobile theme plugin, please make sure that you remove all the cache that you have now on your website and host, also on CDN if you are using, after that the problem should be solved.

You need to have enable tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and in case that you used standard templates you also need to enable tagDiv Standard pack.
