This can be related to a plugin conflict, so I will suggest making a test using only the tagDiv plugins and see if the problem persists.

It appears that now you have set a cloud category template for your tags and this can be edited using the tagDiv Composer, select the loop element and make sure that there is no number set for the oofset, if is remove it https://i.imgur.com/2MJwkKD.png and let that field be empty.

What you can do is to use a dedicated plugin to load the Google fonts locally; by doing this, they will load faster. You can try the OMGF plugin.

The theme uses admin-ajax to handle the request to the database. Now each block from a page will make it’s on requets, so what you can do is to reduce the number of blocks on your pages.
Another option that can help is the flex blocks teh cache option https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-flex-blocks-cache-option/. This option will cache those block requests and deliver them as long as the cache is set (is recommended that the cache expiration time to be longer if you create only a few articles per day)

Regarding the Newsletter plugin included with our theme, it only provides alternative layouts for Mailchimp, MailerLite, and FeedBurner. This was a useful option in the past, when newsletter styling options were limited. Nowadays, most email platforms allow you to fully customize your newsletter design, so you can simply create it there and embed the generated code into your website.

In most cases, this type of issue is caused by an extra plugin interfering with the theme. Please test the site using only the tagDiv plugins and check whether the recovery password option works.

If it works, reenable the other plugins one by one until you identify which one is causing the conflict. Once you find the interfering plugin, review its settings in many cases, the plugin can remain active and the issue can be resolved by disabling a specific option that causes the conflict.
