Hi totojisic100k,
Usually, when the text with title (WP Editor) is not working it can be from a plugin conflict, if you have modSecurity on, or if you use cloudflare and you have rocket loader enable. Please check all those, also make sure that the theme requirements are set like in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ make sure that this code is set -> https://i.imgur.com/fk7T06v.png
Let me now the results!
Hi,
The think is that those days is no longer quite easy, you can not use a theme or plugin with multiple functions, those need to be separate one of other, therefore a theme is separate in extra theme plugins (just like our theme). Indeed until some time all the functions were only in theme and only a few in theme builder, but since may 2020 according to envato those needed to be separated. -> https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, we do not have for the moment options to can optimizations all elements from an website. But there are enough plugins that can be use for this.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
Unfortunately, this is all I can do, since this is an untested plugin, I do not know the settings from it and how it should work.
The only advice I have is to find the option from Wp Rocked that prevent the mobile menu to work and disable it.
Thank you for your understating!
Hi,
Maybe this is just a misunderstanding of theme options, depends on the elements you use.
For example if you use a standard header style, the menu can be assigned from here -> https://i.imgur.com/pW8fSLL.png also from here -> https://i.imgur.com/dfzh9Nm.png and using the responsive version, the menu will apply for mobile too.
Now if you use the mobile theme plugin, then the menu need to be set from here -> https://i.imgur.com/z6t9Ig2.png also in appearance> menu will appear -> https://i.imgur.com/ftDSPlz.png (if you not set the menu in one of those places, then you’ll not have a menu for mobile theme and amp).
Now if is a cloud header for desktop, mobile and mobile page/template, then you need to set it with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/KYzV9l4.jpg -> https://i.imgur.com/ZY3JFx8.png and (mobile page/template)-> https://i.imgur.com/OxC2eOR.png -> https://i.imgur.com/HM24lMM.png
I hope this will help you to understand better how the menus are working with our theme.
Thank you!
Hi,
Sorry, but there is no option for this. Those elements are set be default, maybe only if you make a JavaScript code to remove the tooltip from links and images. Unfortunately, I do not know how to make a code like that, sorry!
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi,
This error happens due to a lot of possible reasons. Check the useful guide from here -> https://www.hostinger.com/tutorials/fix-sorry-you-are-not-allowed-to-access-this-page-wordpress#gref
Theme activation -> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-activate-the-newspaper-theme/
You can manually activate the Newspaper theme from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/EL4k48Lq
If this is still not working go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.

Hi,
If you want I can provide a css, you can try a code like this one
body .td-big-grid-post:hover .td-module-thumb a:last-child:before {
display:none;
}
Set the code in theme panel> custom code> custom css.
Also the css file is on this path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/assets/css/td_legacy_main.css -> https://i.imgur.com/dHq7gnt.png
Thank you!
Hi msharron, you can contact us at contact@tagdiv.com provide all the details you can, wp-admin access and the license key.

Thank you!
Hi petitefilms, unfortunately there is no documentation for how the Craft Ideas demo was made, usually, users use install the demo , also for this demo you can find some cloud versions, for homepage, header, footer, category -> https://i.imgur.com/x5HWcH1.png -> https://i.imgur.com/VtSis8N.png those can be edited using tagDiv Composer.
I hope this will help you!
Hi bwyatt, please try to not make more the one topic about the same problem, also please try to not reply multiple times in the topic if possible, this will only delay our response. Replying multiple times will refresh the topic date and move it to the back of the line, we answer from oldest to newest. -> https://i.imgur.com/PRwWY3a.png
The image is set twice because the first one is the featured image of the post, and the second one represent the image set at the beginning of the post.
I think that most of your posts are like this, therefore, the easy solution will be to remove the featured image, for this edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer and use the right click to remove the single featured image -> https://i.imgur.com/qLBwjca.png -> https://i.imgur.com/eMrGvkh.jpg
I hope this will help you!
Hi ebms, you need to restore a backup for database, and after the theme settings are back, you need to update the theme manually, via cPanel/FTP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ (B. Update the theme Manually), also you can use the import/export option to bring back theme panel settings (this option will apply only the panel settings, will not apply on cloud templates).
Let us know the results!
Hi cginadmin, I just checked your website and it looks normal, most probably, in your case tagDiv Standard Pack was not activated.
If you have other problems, let us know!
Thank you!
Hi azli, Please make sure that you have tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Standard pack enable (you can find them in Newspaper > plugins).
Also I saw that you have the latest WordPress version, v5.8, for the moment we do not have a theme version full compatible with it, we’ll make a theme update for this.
If the css was set in theme panel, then you can recover it from theme panel backups -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Also please make a test using only theme plugins and see if the problem is persisting when you save the theme panel settings. If yes, please use the console to see if you get some errors, if yes, please provide a screenshot to them, this will help a lot.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please let me know some more details about the problems are you facing with the mobile menu, some screenshots will help a lot.
Right now I check your website and the mobile menu seems to work -> https://i.imgur.com/Bly7baX.png -> https://i.imgur.com/RbQfIHh.png
Thank you!
I just tested again with google rich results tool and everything seems to be correct, and I can not find any problems https://i.imgur.com/Qr5uxCX.png -> https://i.imgur.com/obug5fP.png -> https://i.imgur.com/rfWyf0j.png
Thanks
Hi mixos,
I will tri to provide some more details.
First you need to check to see if you are using cloud templates -> https://i.imgur.com/7qcHcsv.png
If you use, identify the cloud templates that you edited and copy the content from them (one by one) from staging -> https://i.imgur.com/Wo4yp58.png and pasty it in the same cloud template type (header, footer, category..) in your live website.
Also if you edited pages on staging, then you need to do the same with them t get the changes on live website.
Now, after you did the above steps (in case that you use cloud templates, if you use standard templates you’ll not have cloud templates, so you can skip that part), you need to import the theme settings -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/ after that the website will have the same settings like the staging.
Also if you added new images, make sure that you add theme on the live website.
I hope this will help better!
Hi angelicantunes,
The button for edit the image is display only for users that are logged and have the right role to do it. If you still want to remove it, you can use a css like this one
.td-admin-edit {
display: none!important;
}
Set this code in theme panel > custom code > custom css.
Unfortunately, to remove the image title attribute there is no option, for this you need to use some extra code or some plugins, here is a similar question -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/remove-image-title-attribute-on-hover/
Thank you!
Hi NaturaNRG, on most of demos, there is a shadow and zoom hen you overlay the big grids, but now depends on the settings you have set up.
The effects can be changed using tagDiv Composer select the grid and in general tab you can changed the big grid style -> https://i.imgur.com/0PnLDOM.png
I hope this will help you. If you need some more details or this is not what you mean, please let us know!
Thanks

Hi,
Unfortunately, I do not know the WP Rocket plugin how need to be set because we didn’t test it, but I found this guide about it https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/106-my-site-is-broken -> https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/915-find-the-right-js-files-to-exclude-from-minification.
Also those are all the js file that contain code for mobile menu:
-> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/assets/js/js_files_for_front.min.js
-> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js
-> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/js/tagdiv_theme.min.js
-> wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/js/tagdiv-theme.min.js
-> wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/js/tagdiv-theme.js
If you are using a the responsive version of standard pack is use a file, for cloud, a different one, for mobile theme another one and so on.
I hope this will help you!
Hi bilecikdostlari,
Indeed to optimize the website is not quite easy, we also use a few plugins for this (Autoptimize, Download
EWWW Image Optimizer, WP Super cache, CSS Analyzer from Newspaper theme), we use plugins cache, optimize plugins for images and so on.
Also for mobile version now we use the mobile page/template, but some users still prefer the mobile theme plugin. Both of theme provide better results then the responsive version.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please notice that the support language is only in English, if you provide screenshots in other language will be kind difficulty for us to identify the problem.
Usually, when you get that message, you can use Yoast SOP plugin and this will add the necessary elements. Also I checked your website and now the problem is gone -> https://i.imgur.com/0jCeHrN.png -> https://search.google.com/test/rich-results?utm_campaign=sdtt&utm_medium=url&id=yDT_PNzcTJhsCh9KtNGmtg
Thank you!
Hi Patrick93,
For the moment the JavaScript from our theme is all set in only few files, therefore, setting the files to exceptions will be like unchecked the option for javascript in WP Rocket. Now this is an untested plugin and maybe there are more ways to use it, but, disable minification for the JavaScript from WP Rocket for me seems to be the better solution.
Thank you!
