You can add the shortcodes in our theme using more elements, for example you can use column text or text with title -> https://i.imgur.com/haL4sMp.png -> https://i.imgur.com/SfwYpN2.png or html row, another element is inline text, all those element can be set using tagDiv Composer, in my option the first two suggestions are the best for this.

Hi Thami, the tagDiv shop is a new plugin in our theme and there are many new improvements that can be added, also this plugins is free.
Our developers will improve it more by adding other options and possibilities to be used, but as I think that you already saw, you can do with it many things, indeed for the moment not not all elements can be translated, but our developers will add options for this. Also without this plugin, maybe you need to use more plugins and is possible that some of them to not be free.

I have one suggestion, please disable and delete all tagDiv plugin that you have and reinstall them from Newspaper > plugins, in this way if there were some problems during the plugins install will be solved.
Also is possible that this problem to be only when you check a post that is id draft (when you preview a post from draft), please make a test and see if this is the case.

If I understand correctly, you are using a pro demo, therefore you have cloud templates, those are a complicate to set with ACF, you need to edit the file that contains an element from your category or archive page , for example for single post template, if I’m right you edited the tdb_single_current_post element, now if you want the same custom files to be display for entire website, you can set it on tdb_title element -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/common/tdb_title.php

Unfortunately, we did not tested dis kind of plugins, therefore we do not know how those are working and if there can be some problems with them and our theme, in case that are, those can be solved only with custom work and this is not covered by support team. -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/

First, I want to make sure that I was able to inform you of all details about the mobile versions that our theme can have.
1. Responsive version, this is by default when you install the theme and you do not use mobile page or mobile theme plugin.
2. Mobile page/template this allows you to create with tagDiv Composer and cloud a different layout and set different elements for mobile and iPad/tablet and it will overwrite the responsive version.
3. Mobile theme plugin, this is a light theme version for mobile that will overwrite the mobile page and responsive version if enabled.
So when you have a mobile page/template this will be used instead of a responsive version, but if you also have the mobile theme enabled, this one will override both of them.
How to combine them? Yes, this can be possible, for example the mobile page/template will apply only on that page or cloud template that is assigned. But what to do if you want to use a mobile theme plugin too? If you use mobile theme, in Gutenberg editor it is an option to disable the mobile theme in current post/page, if you use the option, then it will be use the mobile page/template (if is assigned) or the responsive version.
The amp plugin has for the moment support only with mobile theme plugin.
So in your case you can disable the mobile theme on the homepage -> https://i.imgur.com/NX57q4t.png or if you do not want it at all, disable the plugin or use it only for amp -> https://i.imgur.com/Grlz5Ee.png.

Hi northrenfrewtimes, as remember that there was a few similar problems, all of theme ere do to automatic theme update from the host, this option was enabled and the the theme was updated when a new version was available, but the theme plugins were not, therefore the website displays only code, also most of the time during the theme update there were other plugins interfering and most of the settings were lost, just as in your case. Now most of the time the theme panel setting can be recover from theme panel backups -> https://i.imgur.com/HQ9Lxmi.png we think that you have the same problem. Please ask your host if you have that option enable, also check to see if you do not use some plugins that can do this.
