Hi,
Is this a test message?

Hi nearview,
Unfortunately, we do not have the possibility to store the screenhost on our forum; we must use external platforms. I just reuploaded the images on 2 platforms for the Simion message, you can see it below:

That is possible. The background of the mobile menu can be customized in the theme panel.
The image can be set here https://i.imgur.com/sLbPnnQ.png, same image https://prnt.sc/aysKVPuoYogW
And the colors here https://i.imgur.com/xtKZNcs.png same image https://prnt.sc/wbXHSgMEMClv

Hi,
Thank you for providing the screenhosts with the ad box settings.
I see that you have in the General tab to get the ad code from the header – https://prnt.sc/Y8D1_IHiMDvv. Please set that field to none to not use that option. Next, the image ad tab looks ok, there is no banner set. And the Custom ad tab, this is the code you want to display, so you need to make sure teh code is set only there, and you use only that option. Currently, it will try to display the one from the header zone rather than one from the custom ad zone.
Another solution is to set the shortcode in the element External Shortcode (available in Newspaper v12.7.4)

Hi Alhaj,
Thank you for your suggestion. I’ve added it to our list of suggestions. For now, what I can recommend is using the “limit the shown items” option.

Hi,
If you want to have the possibility to use modules but also to manually set the category in the filter, then you can use the flex block builder. This block uses the module you made with the module builder and provides all the settings you need as a flex block does.

Hi,
Just a hint, when you are on an element and you want to select the above containers holding it, this can also be done by selecting that element in the sidebar for tagDiv Composer – https://prnt.sc/22v6DBDVjENu
Now, related to the situation you have, it is possible to have something selected in a column or element. If you can provide teh link to that page, I will inspect it and let you know what the problem could be.
Thank you!

Hi,
That is because you have a Switching Plans page – https://presse-augsburg.de/tds-switching-plans-wizard/. Please check if the tagDiv plugin is being used. If it is, go to Subscriptions > Pages and see if there are any pages listed.
If you do not need the theme, remove it from the field and save the changes. After that, go to Pages and remove the page itself.
Finally, make sure to update Google Search Console (GSC) to indicate that the respective link no longer exists and has been removed.

Hi,
I see you want the module to be the same height, right now, this is based on the title, excerpt and read more button – https://i.imgur.com/KiQ5Ff6.png
What you can do is to check a solution provided in this similar situation – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/flex-block-1-and-same-blocks-height/

Hi,

This warning can appear when debug mode is enabled in your wp-config.php file. Please check if the WP_DEBUG option is set to true. If it is, change it to false and see if the warning disappears.
If the problem persists, please make a full backup of your site and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com . When you do, please provide: WP-admin access, FTP or cPanel access. Include the details from this topic. We will investigate the issue as soon as possible.
Based on what you’ve described, it’s possible that the issue is caused by a mismatch between values, one being numeric and another not, which could be causing a sum operation to fail.

Calin

Hi,
I’m sorry it’s taking so long. Unfortunately, without direct access to the site, it is more difficult for us to identify the exact cause of the issue. However, it does appear that the problem is related to a plugin.
I recommend following the standard troubleshooting process: temporarily deactivate all plugins except those required by the theme, and then check whether the issue persists. If the issue persists, it indicates external interference, such as a CDN or Cloudflare.
If the issue does not persist, reactivate the plugins one at a time, checking after each activation. When the issue reappears, you will have identified the plugin responsible.
Thank you for your understanding.

Hi,
Only the loop elements can display the no results message.
In case you want to create your own module for search, you can use the module builder and use the flex loop builder to display the results.
Unfortunately, there is no option to display the number of results on the search page right now.

Calin

Hi,
I understand. If I receive any response from the developer, I will let you know.

Hi,
If you want to have a video format for the articles, please use our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
To have a similar layout, you need to choose teh right block, the one that is most similar to the one from your screenshot (you can choose from the flex blocks elements), using tagDiv Composer, you can adjust it from the layout tab. A much better way is to create your own layout using the module builder and display it in the flex block builder.
Thank you!

Calin
tagDiv Staff

Hi,
You can set the same block to display all of your CPTs. However, the limitation is that you cannot choose which CPT module to display directly from the block. Because of this, the results are based only on filters and sorting options.
The block does offer the possibility to manually set the IDs of the CPTs you want to display. The downside of this approach is that it must be updated manually every time you add or change an article. You can see an example here: https://i.imgur.com/lC0HYOi.png
An alternative solution would be to use a row layout:
Create a row and set it to 2 columns.
In the first column, add a Big Grid Flex 1 element and configure it to display only one result, adjusted to your needs.
In the second column, if you need multiple columns, add an inner row and set the number of inner columns as required.
You can add multiple inner rows within the same column if needed.
In each inner row, add the same Big Grid Flex 1 element and adjust its settings to display the desired CPT.
This setup provides more flexibility and allows you to control exactly what content is displayed in each area.
Thank you!

Hi,
For this https://prnt.sc/_yGm-VVf1q1d you need to go to Newspaper > theme pane > block settings and enable that thab from there.

“But this link https://i.imgur.com/6ENBZYZ.png is broken,” please try thios https://prnt.sc/pHaBugbFAHy_
I see that right now you are using the option I mentioned on the featured image on the single post template https://prnt.sc/mcMgQcRSQ9xe but you have this gap because the featured image element is not in the same row https://prnt.sc/miivtdqDfFs_ with the single post content, you can drag and drop the elements from the current row below, and the results will be https://prnt.sc/Qy84Mo1nv_Hc
On the category page https://aafpress.ge/category/questions/ the image set as thumb placeholder in the theme panel – https://prnt.sc/njm0GdspOffD theimage should be png or jpeg/jpg formt and should be in full size – https://prnt.sc/zdg-XBLi53E3

Hi,
I understand. The only elements that have similar options are the Slide and Big Grid Slide elements. However, I believe you can achieve this more easily by using Revolution Slider.
You can set the Revolution Slider (Import Revolution Sliders) to display the latest articles and choose a specific category, if you want to use a special one. After configuring the slider, simply add it in tagDiv Composer using the dedicated Revolution Slider element.
This approach should give you more flexibility and better control over the layout.

Hi,
Do you want this option to be constant to a block, for example, in your image, only the block that is in the center to have that live tag? If is so then it can be done by using a custom css:
Here is what you should do:
Edit the page using tagDiv Composer, select the block you want to display the live icon, then add the class cls-live – https://i.imgur.com/l67gVqU.png after that add the raw css element and set the blow css https://i.imgur.com/4rTX1e7.png

.cls-live .td-module-title a::before {
content: "LIVE";
position: relative;
z-index: 999;
display: inline-block;
align-items: center;
color: #ff2b2b;
font-weight: 600;
letter-spacing: 1px;
padding: 6px 8px;
border-radius: 20px;
}
.cls-live .td-module-title::before {
content: "";
position: relative;
transform: translateY(-40%);
display: inline-block;
vertical-align: middle;
width: 8px;
height: 8px;
background: #ff2b2b;
border-radius: 50%;
animation: pulse 1.5s infinite;
}
@keyframes pulse {
0% {
box-shadow: 0 0 0 0 rgba(255, 43, 43, 0.7);
}
70% {
box-shadow: 0 0 0 10px rgba(255, 43, 43, 0);
}
100% {
box-shadow: 0 0 0 0 rgba(255, 43, 43, 0);
}
}

Thank you!

Hi,
I understand, in this case, the situation is related to some configurations of the duplicated template. We’ll check it via email and get back to you.
THanks

Hi,
If I understand correctly, you want to have the background color white, not black, for the lightbox (modal image), right? If so this can be done using this CSS:
body .mfp-bg {
opacity: 1;
background-color: #fff;
}
body .mfp-image-holder .mfp-close,
body .mfp-iframe-holder .mfp-close,
body .mfp-arrow-right:before,
body .mfp-arrow-left:before{
color: #000;
}

Hi,
The theme includes only one global option to enable or disable lazy loading. Because of this, lazy loading should be controlled from **a single location only**. If you are using a caching plugin or an image optimization plugin, please make sure that lazy loading is enabled in only one place to avoid conflicts.
Additionally, if you are using a separate image optimization plugin, it may offer the option to exclude lazy loading for specific elements. This can usually be done by targeting the element’s CSS class, for example:
.td_block_big_grid_flex_3 .entry-thumb
Using exclusions like this can help fine-tune how lazy loading behaves on your site.

Thank you!

Hello!

To remove the URL, you need to use Yoast SEO and choose not index the cloud templates: https://i.imgur.com/6BRLmIs.png for Rank Math, https://imgur.com/WFyEf6W, https://imgur.com/MprNNxq. After that, you need to reindex your website on Google (or you can reindex only that link).

Thank you!
