Hi,
The code for js will not work on amp version – https://i.imgur.com/iS2tRaU.png
Thank you!

Calin

Hi boroguide, the theme need to use the JavaScript to set those background images, when you choose to ‘Optimize JavaScript Code’, most probably the code is no longer use in the right moment and the images are no longer set, therefore, if you want to keep that background image you must avoid that option from that plugin. Try with other settings from the plugin.
Thank you for your understating!

Hi Emintexno, please check to see if the code for fonts is still there, if not you can set theme again -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/ if there is still a problem, please provide me a link to your website.
2. As for the footer, the theme has some pre-made footer templates with blocks that can not be edited, you can add only extra widgets in footer section, if you want to have control over the elements from footer, please use a footer like footer style 2, 3, 6 and add the blocks widgets you want to display. -> https://i.imgur.com/OvP5F6S.png -> https://i.imgur.com/JCvz78U.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-footer-templates-2/
Thank you for your understanding!

Hi, most of the time the problem that you reported appear because you are using the last WordPress version with an old theme version. If there are still some problems make a full backup and update to Newspaper v10.3.9.1 -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!

Hi,
If you ware using the mobile theme plugin, then you can not set different ads using only the theme, you need to use some extra plugins for ads, also you can not edit the category page design, this can be done only on responsive version of a pro demos/pre-build website or using the mobile page.
Thank you!

Hi, the Cumulative Layout Shift (CLS) is a element from pages speed, what you can improve it is to optimize the website, for the moment we do not have a guide that can reduce these elements, but for the moment we know that using sticky sidebar and menu will increase the LCP and CLS, if you remove these you’ll improve the pages speed. Also there can be some extra plugins or code that can provide this problem.
Please check the answer from those topics:
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/to-high-cumulative-layout-shift-in-mobile-theme/
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/remove-cls-cumulative-layout-shift-from-html-element/
-> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/to-high-cumulative-layout-shift-in-mobile-theme/
Those are solutions that we tried to provide for Newspaper, it should work for Newsmag too.
If you want to delete the code for login it can be done only from theme files.
Thank you!

Hi leytol, the above message that you get is because you have set on some posts the post template 2 (this is set as individual on those posts), and when the tagDiv Standard pack is disable then the post template 2 will no longer be display. You need to make sure that all posts are set to form panel.
Thank you!

Hi foreclosurepedia, the problem with the images can appear when you have more then one lazyload, for example our them has one option for this -> https://i.imgur.com/hYreeel.png if you use some plugins that has this option too, please disable the one from theme panel.
Also we can provide support only for tested plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/O3QOf5U.png

Hi,
The default Google Fonts: Open Sans and Roboto.fonts can be enable/disable from here -> https://imgur.com/eViu8D4 those are use for classic elements and templates. For pro it can be set only with tagdiv Composer.
The footer template can be edited only from frontend, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to footer, or if you want to assign one, use the manager -> https://i.imgur.com/Q5PeHkp.png (the footer templates does not have the button to be edited in backend).

Hi,
Indeed is look that this problem is only on homepage, is possible to have set an individual header and not the global one.
Also make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict to have problems with tagdiv Composer, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If the problem still persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and include wp-admin, cPanel and the link of this thread. I will investigate the problem.
Thank you!

Hi,
What I can suggest is to delete the theme and theme plugins and install theme again, make sure that the requirements are still set as in our guide and check the results.
If the problem still persists, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and include wp-admin, cPanel and the link of this thread. I will investigate the problem.

Hi great1212, there were similar reports but those were solved using the above guides.
Please make sure that you have a good host with enough resources and another thing that you can do is to double the theme resources -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Another thing that you can do is to delate the theme and theme plugins and reinstall them manually -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ (option B).
Thank you!

Hi,
This problem can be solve by improving the page speed.
-> https://tagdiv.com/how-to-increase-page-loading-speed/ and this is also a very good guide https://www.infophilic.com/get-almost-100-pagespeed-newspaper-theme/
For the moment the pages speed is not covered by support team -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-support/ -> https://i.imgur.com/pCGIUG2.png

Hi, as I can see there is a stronger css that is apply over the one that you want to use https://i.imgur.com/eDPHkuN.png now both seems to be from the same code that you are using for Pinterst Button.
Thanks

Hi Topfgartenwelt, if you want, you can use a single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library, edit it with tagDiv Composer, and set the featured image size that you want on responsive version -> https://i.imgur.com/tnA3MAu.png this can be done for each view port.
Also you can use the mobile page and create mobile post templates -> https://i.imgur.com/Pn7UN8g.png
Unfortunately for the moment this option is not available on mobile theme.
Thank you!
