Is possible to be from be from firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request. Please verify the console for error while saving the settings on the Theme Panel, usually it displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
For theme activation you can try this: go in Newspaper> System status and replace the url from: -> https://i.imgur.com/WlRnszw.png
admin.php?page=td_system_status
in
admin.php?page=td_system_status&reset_registration=1
And try after that to activate the theme.

Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem make sure that you do not have some security module that is blocking the theme.

If the Instagram account is set in theme panel, then the feeds in footer should work, unfortunately the Instagram social count is no longer working, for the moment we do not get the approve from Instagram to get that data.
If the Instagram feeds are still not working, make sure that you are using the last theme version.

You can save the current layout only if you make a full backup to your website and database.
If you disable the tagDiv Standard Pack then you’ll still be able to use tagDiv Composer builder with drag and drop, because this is a different theme plugin, and you can use it with tagDiv Cloud Library.

Hi yadavrohit, I understand what you are saying, but since we work from home is no longer so easy to get in contact with the team developers.
As I mentioned above, since this is a code with php it need to be set inside the theme or plugins files. The raw html is only for html can not read the php code, one solution is to set the code on one of those elements from this directory -> wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/single one parameter that you are using on your website.
