Hi,
I saw similar cases when the situation was caused by an extra plugin, usually a cache plugin. Please do a test and see if this situation persists when you are logged in or only when you are not logged in. If it is working when you are logged in, then you need to check the settings from your cache plugin, especially for CSS and JS.
Thank you!
Hi,
I added it to our list, and our developers will check it out.
Thank you!
Yes, please use contact@tagdiv.com include a link to this topic.
Hi,
We’ll check it and let you know the results via email.
Thank you!
Hi,
To enable the responsive version of the website, please disable the tagDiv Mobile Theme plugin and the AMP plugin. Once these are disabled, the responsive version of the website will be displayed on mobile devices.
Thank you.
Hi,
Could you please provide a screenshot of that section? At the moment, when I try to view the provided images, I only see the homepage of the website that is currently under development.
Thank you!
Hi,
Could you contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a wp-admin access to investigate this problem?
Thank you!
I’m sorry, unfortunately there is no free version of that plugin, only premium versions are available. Therefore, I’m unable to check it on my end.
Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi,
WP Rocket is one of the best cache plugins that can do this https://wp-rocket.me/google-core-web-vitals-wordpress/remove-unused-css/#section-1. Unfortunately, there is no free version. Here are othere cache plugins that can do this – https://wordpress.org/plugins/search/Unused+CSS/
Hi,
I think I understand the situation now. What you are seeing there are sidebars created by the theme, and they are theme-protected because they are built using the theme options, not the standard WordPress widgets.
To view and add actual widgets, please use the “+” icon, as shown in the screenshots below: https://prnt.sc/Hu-fEadEhjCE – https://prnt.sc/0eVTTyOBf2C1
Thank you!
After submitting the form, I get an error message stating “There was an error trying to send your message.” What is wrong? https://contactform7.com/faq/after-submitting-the-form-i-get-an-error-message/
Hi,
The reported “vulnerability in tagDiv Cloud Library 3.9” does not apply to our setup. The current installed version is 3.9.2, and as shown in the Patchstack reports, the issue has already been fixed.
However, because the plugin version string includes the text “| built on 12.01.2026 14:31”, some security scanning tools are not interpreting the version number correctly and are flagging it incorrectly.
A theme update will be released soon that removes this extra text from the version field and places it in the description instead, which should resolve the false positives.
If you would like to test this now, an RC version is available under Newspaper → Updates (click Check Updates and look for the RC version). Please ensure this is tested on a staging environment, not on the live site.
Thank you.
Unfortunately, the theme does not support resizing the image with the browser window, and there is no available option to enable this, sorry!
Hi,
Unfortunately, if this issue is related to a third-party plugin, we may not be able to provide assistance. Our theme is not tested with most external plugins, so we cannot guarantee compatibility or fully understand how those plugins are intended to work or which options they provide.
Our support is focused on the theme itself and its built-in settings and features https://forum.tagdiv.com/support-policy-2/
Please let me know which plugin you are using for the background ads, and I will take a look. However, I cannot promise that we will be able to provide a solution.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi,
We can help with this only if the domain you want to remove no longer exists, no longer uses the theme, or is using the theme with a different license key.
You will need to contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the license key that was used to activate the theme. We will then make a request for it to be checked.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’ve just changed the images from Imgur; I hope everything is working properly now.
Hi,
The theme will use the responsive version by default; just make sure that you do not have any extra plugins that change the template for mobile. For example, ensure that you are not using the tagDiv Mobile Theme and/or AMP plugins.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to use the responsive version from tagDiv Composer, you should not use a mobile theme plugin. Alternatively, you can use it only for the AMP version, making sure that AMP does not redirect users automatically to the AMP pages. In this case, AMP should be used only for mobile users and to obtain some results in Google.
Hi,
First, make sure that you do not use any ad blocker extension.
Edit the single post template – https://i.imgur.com/i92VyrH.png then select the ad box element and check in the image ad tab, usually there are set the banners – https://i.imgur.com/7IocwR8.png
In case you do not see it please provide some screenshots from your ad tab from the general, image ad and custom ad tab
Hi AlanS, I believe you are referring to this – https://i.imgur.com/KbbuiqU.png if so, this is not related to the theme and it is related to an extra plugin you are using (is mining that those widgets are available only in the PRO version of that plugin)
Hi,
If I’m right, this https://i47.servimg.com/u/f47/19/63/31/70/screen10.png is the category, please edit it with tagDiv Composer like this – https://i.imgur.com/yVdPa3f.png select the posts loop element and remove the offset number, after that the posts from that category would be disply – https://i.imgur.com/cIsacyO.png
Hi,
A large amount of CSS and JS is added by the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin. If it were disabled, the issues with CSS and JS would likely be resolved. However, many elements on the page and in the templates come from the tagDiv Standard Pack, so disabling it is not an option.
You should first try to address the image-related issues, as these are simpler to fix. If the score is still not satisfactory after that, you will need to consider more powerful solutions for handling CSS and JS, possibly by using another optimization plugin.
Hi,
The tool you are using is reading all the code from the source page, and the theme has some comments and the needed CSS for each element in the part that is used; this is what you see. What you can do to reduce this code is to use a good cache plugin. I see that you have WP Rocket; please check the settings from file optimization.
Settings that we recommend – https://forum.tagdiv.com/wp-rocket-and-newspaper-theme-optimization-guide/
Hi,
The content width is like that because it was created using a smaller width (directly in the post using the Gutenberg editor https://i.imgur.com/JLcYy4b.png so when you add your own content, the text width will be 100% of the content width.
Hi,
Unfortunately, this option is only supported on desktop. It doesn’t work on tablets or mobile devices.
