Hi nicolinoc ,
To access your WordPress admin (dashboard), go to your website’s URL in a browser and add /wp-admin (e.g., yourdomain.com/wp-admin) or /wp-login.php (e.g., yourdomain.com/wp-login.php), then enter the username/email and password created during installation. If you’re on WordPress.com, log in at WordPress.com and find the “WP Admin Dashboard” link in your site’s settings.
Hi,
When you remove elements from tagDiv Composer but they are not reflected on the frontend, it may be due to the cache or object cache. Make sure that after you make the changes in tagDiv Composer, you also clear all the cache.
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
Enable WordPress debug mode to identify the error, then disable all plugins and re-enable them one by one to find the conflict. Most of the time is an extra plugin interfering.
Thank you!
Hi,
Can you please provide some screenshots with the settings from teh cloud template section? https://i.imgur.com/V8Z7mvx.png is working to import a new header template? Do you have any cloud templates in the trash tab?
Hi,
This situation is related to an ad blocker. Please try using a different browser and make sure that no ad-blocking extensions are enabled. Normally, the frontend and the Composer view should look the same.
Also, after making all changes, please ensure that the cache is cleared.
If you’d like, I can remove the ad banners for you. To proceed, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary wp-admin access.
Hi,
You can edit the theme files, the problem is that you need to do this after each theme update because the code from that file can not be set in a child theme.
The file that should be edited is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_data_source.php and the code is around lines 519-525 – https://i.imgur.com/dOIfAbv.png is starts with case ‘random_7_day’:

Hi,
In most cases, this issue is caused by a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme or by a plugin conflict. As a result, after configuring the page or Cloud Template with tagDiv Composer and saving it, you may encounter this error the next time you attempt to edit it.
If the issue occurs only on a specific page or Cloud Template (including the header or footer), it is likely related to certain settings or shortcodes used there. You can test this by temporarily changing the header or footer to see if the problem persists. In many cases, the issue can be resolved by restoring a previous version using page revisions: https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/
Thank you!

If is only for one page or a cloud template (it can be on the header or footer, you can change them for tests and see if the problem persists), this is from some settings/shortcodes set on it and it can be fixed using the page revision https://wordpress.com/support/page-post-revisions/
Thank you!
Please provide some screenshots from tagDiv Composer, it should be something like this – https://i.imgur.com/uqbhTKH.png https://i.imgur.com/HKEPdek.png or just select the block and delete it (use the right click on it and select the delete option from the right menu). You can add the ad box element later, where you want on your website.
Hi,
Unfortunately, there is no option to change the period, sorry!
Hi,
This depends on what you need the plugins for. If you are installing a pre-built website, there is no need to install anything manually—the theme will automatically install the required plugins for the selected pre-built site.
If you want to optimize images, you can use EWWW Image Optimizer or a similar plugin.
For caching, WP Rocket is one of the best options, but there are also other caching plugins you can use, such as WP Super Cache (with Autoptimize), LiteSpeed Cache, or WP-Optimize.
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m glad you were able to identify the source of the problem.
Hi,
Could you provide some screenshots with the settings, or maybe a view if possible? This will help me to understand the settings you are using and what should be done to resolve the situation.
Thank you!

Hi,
After the theme installation, make sure that the tagDiv Composer plugin is installed. After that, make sure that the theme is activated and the license key is assigned to the domain under Newspaper > My license, and the import will work.
If you receive an error like this: An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key.
This issue can occur for different reasons. One possible cause could be a plugin conflict, so please run a test using only the tagDiv plugins and check if the verification process works.
Another possible reason could be the permalinks. Please perform a test by setting the permalinks to ‘Plain’ and then check if the verification process works.
If it does work, it’s likely that you’re using an NGINX server, and you’ll need to configure pretty links accordingly -> https://cloudarcade.net/tutorial/pretty-url-on-nginx-server/ -> https://www.cyberciti.biz/faq/how-to-configure-nginx-for-wordpress-permalinks/
If none of these solutions work, a hosting option may be interfering.
Please review these two solutions. If the issue persists, kindly contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide us with wp-admin and cPanel access.
Hi,
Unfortunately, we’re not familiar with how the Quform plugin works internally. If this issue is related to the plugin itself, its settings, or any custom implementation, it would be best to contact the Quform support team directly.
If the issue occurs only on elements or pages created with the Quform plugin, their support team will be in the best position to assist you.
Hi,
If you’re encountering an infinite loading screen after clicking Save Settings in the theme panel, the issue is likely related to admin-ajax.php. To diagnose the problem, please open your browser’s developer console and check for any error messages.
This behavior is commonly caused by admin-ajax.php being blocked by modSecurity, your hosting provider’s firewall, or specific security plugins or server modules.
Thank you

Hi,
Please check in Appearance> menu, the menu you have set in the List Menu below the footer doesn’t contain the mentioned category.
Hi,
Yes, the theme can be used on multisites, but the license can be used on multisites that are created with subfolders -> https://www.rosehosting.com/blog/how-to-set-up-wordpress-multisite-with-subdirectories/
This http://site1.example.com is a subdomain (we are not sure if it will work or not, was not entirely tested) .
With subfolders http://example.com/site1/
Thank you!
Hi,
Thank you for the update. Yes, that is the correct approach, and I’m glad to hear you were able to resolve the situation.
Best regards,
Hi,
Unfortunately, this is the extent of the assistance I can provide. Custom code, shortcodes, or custom functions are not covered by our support, and this is beyond the scope of what I’m able to assist with. You will need to work with a developer to create the required custom code.
Thank you for your understanding.
Hi,
In case that on your block is displaying the modified date instead of the publish date, then go to Newspaper > theme panel > block settings > Meta info on modules/blocks and disable the option “SHOW MODIFIED DATE”.
I hope this will help you!
Hi,
Do you have any ad blockers enabled on your computer because those https://i.imgur.com/RD0nEZF.png are ad box elements on your homepage, and the images from the ad box have been deleted from wordpress media.
Thank you!
