Hi,
Thank you we’ll check it as soon as we can in this period.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi Angela,
I’m glad that you managed to resolve it!
Hi,
7. You can use Google Auto Ads, normal ads, or both, also for auto ads, and from your Google account, you can set if you want a theme in the header zone or not.
8. You need to edit that page/template with tagDiv Composer, select teh element and select on each viewport in parts https://i.imgur.com/UFPua5N.png and adjust the modules per row in the layout tab for each module – https://i.imgur.com/K1SMT5M.png
1-2. The template code https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_doctors_pro/tdcpt_doctors/herman-rehema/ is in this pastebin Custom Post Type – Doctors, just make sure that you have the cloud templates. CPT/Taxonomies: a single template that you want to hold the code. If you do not have one, you can import one, and after that, edit it https://i.imgur.com/NlMnH9L.png and replace the code with teh one from the above link.
Here https://i.imgur.com/xIJKuIb.png you have set the limit to 6 “posts”, do you have those posts or you have only 2? If you have more than 2, then please check the sort set on the flex block is set on popular – https://i.imgur.com/PraO5Jq.png set it on latest to see if the rest of the articles appear.
This – https://i.imgur.com/Ukc4bYp.png is not a form input for a custom field. The post title https://i.imgur.com/Ukc4bYp.png will be given to the article, so there is no need for any custom field.
For the submit button, you should set the post type that your articles will be – https://i.imgur.com/K6WytUC.png if you want to use it for a contact form only to send and receive an email you can use a plugin like Contact Form 7, because the current system you try to use is made to create a CPT post type https://i.imgur.com/mAYVT6j.png https://i.imgur.com/j31xd5o.png
About this – https://screenrec.com/share/5Qzn0Zp23C and this https://screenrec.com/share/YMg8iRp3sX you understand right that will allow the user to create 5 articles in the 3 mentioned post types https://i.imgur.com/OTozbX7.png what you need to do is to have 3 separate pages with a form in them like this one https://i.imgur.com/tK2Wm8e.png, and the settings on the submit button should be to the right CPT that is for that page
Loops (https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-builder-flex-loop-builder/)- https://i.imgur.com/8DlCG9G.png are spafile blocks that automatically filter the results after the template is set, if they are set on a page, they will display the latest, and you can set on them the post type you want to display – https://i.imgur.com/8DlCG9G.png
Here https://i.imgur.com/CtQc9Ax.png you need to use the slag not the id https://i.imgur.com/FTcXcOf.png
Hi,
If you are referring to the logo from the mobile menu, then you can remove/change it by editing the page set as the mobile menu, in case you have installed the demo “Chained News PRO” then the page is named “Menu Modal”, edit it with tagDiv Composer https://i.imgur.com/H1lvNrF.png, edit the logo https://i.imgur.com/NH1vDFz.png and set the one you want.
Hi,
Use the tagDiv Composer to edit the homepage and go down to the footer section, there select the category list element and change the limit to display more categories – https://i.imgur.com/AOl6rLW.png
For the situation with the footer menu, select the element, and there are 2 possibilities: set a menu that already has the category you want, or check the one assigned and edit it in the Appearance > Menu.
Thank you!
Hi,
If you are using flex blocks https://i.imgur.com/49WaLVd.png, flex grids, then you can use the tagDiv Composer to edit the pages/template, select the block and look in the layout tab after the image settings https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thank you!
Hi,
Unfortunately, when it comes to the Filter Everything Pro plugin, we can’t guarantee how it will work. This plugin has not been tested by us, so we can’t confirm whether it is fully compatible with the theme or if it functions as expected.
Regarding how to use Custom Post Types (CPTs) with our theme and how to apply filters using taxonomies, we have several guides that you may find helpful:

Modules Builder in Newspaper Theme
Flex Block Builder and Flex Loop Builder
Thank you.
Hi,
Please check which plugins you are currently using with the theme. Then, remove all theme-related plugins and reinstall them directly from Newspaper > Plugins. By doing this, you will ensure that the plugins installed are fully compatible with the version of the theme you are using.
Thank you.
Hi Aleksey,
I understand your point of view, but I believe the issue can be resolved in a simpler way. There is no need to import the custom fields from the old theme into the theme settings (Newspaper theme). Instead, it would be better to import them as standard custom fields (as those created with ACF plugin) and then display them using the theme’s custom field elements.
Additionally, you can create your own modules, which can display these custom fields directly inside the blocks.
Thank you.
Hi,
It is possible to have 2 header templates and one of them to set global (the one displayed on most of the website pages and templates) and one to be set as individual.
Please go to Cloud templates and look to see if you have more header templates there, if you have – https://i.imgur.com/6RU8av8.png
Hi,
If you want to display the events in a flex block or maybe in your own modules made with the module builder, what you need to do is to set the CPT type – https://i.imgur.com/MaTZvGr.png – https://imgur.com/lBjd9DZ
Hello,
Here are the three available solutions for the mobile version:
1. Responsive Desktop Version – The default responsive layout that adjusts to mobile screens using tagDiv Composer – https://i.imgur.com/apZQZ0o.png
2. Mobile Page/Template – A custom mobile layout that can be created using the tagDiv Composer.
3. tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin – A separate mobile theme that provides a dedicated mobile experience but is limited in edits and changes.
Note: When the tagDiv Mobile Theme Plugin is activated, it takes priority and will be displayed on mobile devices. If it’s not active, the system will check for a mobile page/template built with tagDiv Composer. If neither of these is in use, the responsive desktop version will be shown by default.
Related to the cache, please check in the cache plugin documentation if this supports mobile cache if you are using the mobile page/template or tagDiv Mobile theme.
Also, the tagDiv Mobile theme is the only one that can be used for AMP. Unfortunately, the options for editing the layout are only a few. Also, pages need to be remade using the mobile editor only:

Hi,
That is the post view count. It will count each view of the post (as genuine clicks). If you enter 3 times on that post, then the count will increase by 3. Now, if you wan,t that number can be set manually on each post from what number to start -> https://i.imgur.com/5xkhBcg.png – https://i.imgur.com/ieUcyBb.png – https://i.imgur.com/Nihd28H.png
Thank you!
Hi Nigel,
If you need further assistance with this issue, we can take a closer look. For this, we will need wp-admin access, which can be provided via email at contact@tagdiv.com. Please don’t forget to include a link to this topic so we can identify your case more quickly.
Thank you.

Hi,
Please test the site using only the theme’s plugins to see if the issue persists, as it may be caused by a plugin conflict.
Another possibility is that the issue is related to recent changes. As a troubleshooting step, try removing the Cloud Header and reverting to the default header and footer, then check whether the pages open correctly in tagDiv Composer. If they do, this would indicate that the problem is related to recent changes made to either the Cloud Header or Cloud Footer. In that case, you can restore a previous revision to resolve the issue.
Thank you.
Hi,
I believe you are referring to those – https://i.imgur.com/qIwx9Zz.png those are banners set with tagDiv Composer on ad box elements, select the viewport for phone and click on remove txt from holdin the image/banner, or select the Ad box element and with right-click you can delete it => https://www.screencast.com/t/2GfCVx9BCAw7 or with drag & drop place it into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.
The ad box has 3 sections for ads: using theme panel ads -> https://i.imgur.com/KFa9ibl.png, using images/banners -> https://i.imgur.com/MfAPTaE.png and custom code -> https://i.imgur.com/2rh8SuD.png

Hi,
If the ad is loaded via a script, it’s normal for it not to adjust when you resize the screen. The ad will update only after the page is refreshed, because it needs to be reinjected by the script. As a result, ads should load correctly when accessing the site directly from a mobile device or a desktop, even if they don’t resize dynamically.
Thank you.
Hi,
I’ve just tested this on my own installation, and it is working correctly for me on all three options. Normally, when both the tagDiv Mobile theme and AMP are enabled, all three options should be available. These options allow you to set the mobile theme to be used only for mobile users, for both mobile and AMP users, or only for AMP users.
Additionally, when using the Mobile Theme plugin, it’s important to ensure that your caching plugin is configured to cache the mobile version separately from the desktop version. Otherwise, the site may not display correctly, and you may occasionally see the responsive desktop version on mobile devices or the mobile version on desktop.
While the AMP project itself is not officially deprecated, it is widely regarded as outdated and is no longer a priority for most modern websites. Today, similar or better performance benefits can be achieved using modern web standards and effective performance optimization techniques. For this reason, it is often recommended to remove AMP and focus instead on optimizing the speed and performance of your main website.
Thank you.
Hi,
If you want to add the time to the date of your posts, then you can do it in WordPress settings like this, go to WordPress settings > general https://i.imgur.com/X7g8Bcz.png and that format will be displayed in any place where it hasn’t been manually set https://i.imgur.com/ivKR2I1.png
Thank you!
Hi,
1. Please make sure that you have the last theme version installed 12.7.3. This package, which can be downloaded from your Themeforest account, will provide the WPBakery version 8.7.1
2. This was fixed and is present only in versions smaller than 3.9.2, which is the current plugin version in Newspaper 12.7.3 https://i.imgur.com/ZtNI7D9.png
Thank you!
Hi,
If this situation persists when you are logged in and you are using only the theme plugins, then please make a full backup and contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin access. We’ll check it as soon as possible in this period.
Thank you!
Hi,
Please provide a link to your website and I will check to see how the background color on your header is set, maybe this is set on the row and not on the header zone.
Thank you!
