That’s correct. This is code that will be rendered by tagDiv Composer and the Cloud Library, so it won’t appear in the WordPress editor as it does on the frontend and theme builder when you edit it.

Yes, a page made with tagDiv Composer allows you to copy elements from one page to another. To do this, in Composer, right-click on the element and select Copy. On the new page, select an element that will be above or below where you want to paste it, then right-click and choose where to paste the copied element.
You can also save the element in tagDiv Composer and then drag it as a new element on any page.

The theme is definitely going on; we’re still actively working on it and looking for ways to improve it. Over the past two years, sales on ThemeForest have decreased significantly (for all themes, not only ours), which has unfortunately reduced the resources dedicated exclusively to the theme and its development.
That said, a theme update is currently in progress, and we’re hopeful it will be released later this month.

To add ads inside articles using the theme option you can set the AdSense code (provider ads) or you can also use banners with links https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/

The Posts Loop is a special element that has an automatic filter to display articles related to the template where it is set. For example, if it is on a category page, it will automatically display articles from that category. If it is set on a regular page, it will display all articles sorted by latest.
Also, you could check the offset option in the Posts Loop. This should be empty so that no articles are skipped.

If all you need is a contact page, it would be better to use a plugin like Contact Form 7: https://wordpress.org/plugins/contact-form-7/
From your screenshot, it looks like you’re trying to use the contact page from a pre-built website that was made using custom fields from ACF and is configured to store the emails in a custom post type (CPT). I believe you followed this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-form-contact-page/
That guide is intended for creating a contact form page for a CPT. For a blog or magazine website, there’s no need to complicate things with that setup. It’s simpler to just use a dedicated contact form plugin, like the one mentioned above.

I understand what you’re saying. Unfortunately, the theme doesn’t use standard fields for these parameters and instead has a more complex system for storing them. For example, the subtitle meta key field is td_post_theme_settings, and you’ll need to look for the meta_value td_subtitle – https://i.imgur.com/3gU7I0s.png
All of the theme’s fields are structured in this way, which can make creating the import correctly quite challenging.
Therefore, at the moment, I don’t know of any ready-made solution for this. It might be possible for a developer to create an import tool that focuses only on the fields that need to be imported/exported and checks whether those fields exist in the theme. Unfortunately, this is not covered by support, so you would need a developer to handle it.

1. I believe there has been a misunderstanding regarding the cloud templates.
In the General tab, you will find the standard cloud templates for a blog. These include templates for the header, footer, single post, category, tag, author, date, 404, attachment, and search pages.
The template that can be used for a single doctor is available under the Single Article cloud templates (see: https://i.imgur.com/xNZUSoK.png). However, the template you are trying to use is a Custom Post Type (CPT) template. CPT templates cannot be applied to regular single posts; they can only be used for their respective CPTs. Additionally, this CPT template is not part of the cloud templates—it was provided in my previous reply—and, as mentioned, it works only for CPTs, not for standard posts or articles.
If you want your regular posts to have a layout similar to the CPT layout, you will need to recreate it manually using the Theme Builder in tagDiv Composer. If custom fields are required, you can use the ACF plugin to achieve this.

2. As mentioned above, there is a misunderstanding. I believe this comes from trying to combine multiple prebuilt templates without fully understanding how the theme works. It seems there may be some confusion about core concepts such as what a post is, what a CPT (Custom Post Type) is, and the difference between categories and taxonomies, including how they are configured and how they are meant to function.
The section you are referring to (https://i.imgur.com/UrNPZOE.png) is displaying the Doctors CPT, and its layout is provided by the Doctors PRO Plugin. This plugin can be installed from Newspaper > Plugins > Dedicated Plugins for Prebuilt Websites (https://i.imgur.com/6eVC20P.png). Once the plugin is installed, you can use Flex Block X to select and display that module (https://i.imgur.com/nZpalQh.png). However, since the plugin creates the module using predefined code, we recommend creating your own custom module using the Module Builder, and then displaying it via the Flex Block Builder.
By doing this, you gain full control over the module’s layout and settings. For example, if you want to add an “Age” field, you can create a custom field using a plugin such as ACF, and then display it in your custom module using the Custom Field element.

What you should do is to clear the old/expired transients, and this should resolve the problem.
