Yes, is possible to use other plugins with our theme and you can set the shortcodes in ad box with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/JoDEdKL.jpg
Now there are many users that use the adrotate plugin and said that this is working, but we can not say fir sure for what types of ads, since we tested only with adsence and static banners, hope that on future will can provide a tutorial as you said.

Just make sure that your posts has set the featured image -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/ after that you need to check with tagDiv Composer the categories set as filters on your elements for example in flex blocks -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/

Usually for banners you can use images and gif, we do not tested with mp4, therefore we can not say if this will work as ads or not, sorry!

The jQuery Migrate Helper is just for the users that do not use the tagDiv Composer because this is in a loop not because there is a problem (in this topic -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/my-blog-blocks-the-browser-when-using-the-mobile-version/ is provide a quick fix).

I just checked your post and you are using a standard post template, unfortunately this can not be adjusted per each view port like cloud templates. Usually this problem appear when is a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins (theme plugins), also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Usually these problems can be cause by small thumbs selected when you set the image or by some untested plugins that are compressing the featured images for better performances, please disable all non theme plugins and try again.

Usually this is happen when you set some elements that you want to be in your page content -> https://i.imgur.com/DyXJd73.jpg, but from mistake you set it in header zone -> https://i.imgur.com/drifeq9.jpg open your page in tagDiv Composer and click on the email element to see if this is set in content or header and if is in header set it in that page content using drag and drop.
