I think that you are using a small screen and not a desktop, this should work like this -> https://i.imgur.com/HCGbPMl.png what you can do is to use the resize and make the elements smaller until the button for create template will appear.
If the problem persists, make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

What you can do is to set the ads code inside the theme panel and set in ad box -> https://i.imgur.com/s5Btk1Z.png see if this is working.
Also you can try to set the adsense code like banners using the codes from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/ check if this provide some results or not.

If you do not want to have the login on mobile, you can sue the option from theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/rPPrlWE.png also if you are using mobile theme plugin, then you need to disable this option too -> https://i.imgur.com/GIxXbYo.png after that make sure that you clear all cache.

Is no need to edit the theme files, you can set that code in theme panel > analytics/js codes -> https://i.imgur.com/T9Y4Gy4.png here you can set all the code you have and it need to be set between <head> and </head> tags.
Also, our theme has more headers and footers to fit with Envato standards -> https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/
For example when tagDiv Composer is not activate the theme will use the files from this path -> wp-content/themes/Newspaper/header.php when the plugin is enable and you also use tagDiv Standard pack with a standard header it will be use this path -> wp-content/plugins/td-standard-pack/Newspaper/header.php and if you are using a cloud header it will be use the file from this path wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/header.php
Indeed this is quite confuse, but this is the way that these files are used after after the update per envato requirements.

Unfortunately we do not tested any kind of these plugins, also we do not know there behavior and we can not recommend one.
As I know most of these plugins are working if you are using a standard post template, but will not work on cloud templates.

The modal mode image will not set automatically for all images the link to image url, it will activate the light box (modal mode) for these images that are set to can display the modal image, that is way in our guide we explain the steps that you need to make in order to can use this option -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-window/
Also there are users that do not want the modal image, but the need to link the image, these will let the modal image disable in theme panel.
Is possible that some plugins that you are using to interfere with the theme functionalities, please check this only with the theme plugins and let me know the results!

Please notice that this is the customer option/choose, our theme can not influence the ads to appear if these are block by ad blocker extensions or some apps (antivirus) that prevent the ads to be display.
You can try this with any theme WordPress theme the results will be the same, the ads will be block by ad blocker or antivirus.
Also the above message do not have anything to do with the theme, is just note you that you have some ads and these are block by ad blocker and in order to see these ads you need to disable the ad blocker extension.

This is because you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders or shortcodes ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)

Unfortunately if you are using same plugin for shortcodes, this will not work on mobile theme, it will be interpreted as a html text, this will work only on responsive version. Also because amp plugin is use with mobile theme plugin the shortcode will not work on amp too, only if you do not use the mobile theme for amp.

A single post template from tagDiv Cloud Library is like a difficult one, is just the template fore your posts, but also if you set a lot of elements it can take a negative impact for pages speed, but if you keep it nice and clean, it should be faster then a standard post style.

Indeed the related posts container is no longer accessible on tagDiv Composer, these elements are still present in some pro demos like the default single post template, but it’s functions were added in flex block, therefore the results should be the same.

Therefore in your example if a post has a category that the current post has it will be display on related categories.
An alternative to use the related posts container is to import a single post template from cloud library (Single Post Template 1-20) save that element using the right click -> https://i.imgur.com/40FOQJ7.png in this way you will be able to use it in your current single post template.
