Hi John,
In the database, this option is saved under wp_postmeta with meta_key td_post_video with format https://i.imgur.com/tJzdFzP.png
I hope this will help you!

Hi,
All you need to do is follow the steps from that message. Go to Newspaper > My License and click on Assign to attach the key to your domain. After that, the key will be assigned correctly, and everything should work as expected.
I hope this will help you!

Hi barrydmoore,
We’ve identified the issue: once the sticky column option is enabled, it’s being applied across all viewports, regardless of whether it’s selected for each specific viewport.
We’ll have this fixed as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we can provide a css that should fix the problem:
@media (min-width:768px) and (max-width:1018px){.home .td-pb-span3.td-is-sticky.left-sidebar .wpb_wrapper{position:relative!important;top:0!important}}
The code should be set in the theme panel > custom code> custom css.

Hi,
Our theme has a translation option in the theme panel for the elements/text that are globally set, if those are individually set, as on homepages where text is set using tagDiv Composer, those need to be edited using the theme builder, select the text and change it.

Hi,
If you want to see the image in full size on your article page, then edit the single post template and replace the https://i.imgur.com/OuooT29.png Single Post Bg Featured Image with Single Post Featured Image.
This should resolve the situation you are facing.

Hi,

The global font option can be used for any font, whether it’s a Google Font or a custom font (https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/). This setting applies only to the font family. The font size, line height, and other typography settings must be configured manually for each element through the theme settings.

Thank you!

Hi John,
The name of the custom field is featured_video.
Thank you!

Hi,
You need to use tagDiv Composer to edit the logo on homepage and the footer – https://i.imgur.com/yGB8e92.png – select teh logo, remove the text logo and svg code – https://i.imgur.com/7KcVSHH.jpeghttps://i.imgur.com/pU6pReT.png

Hi Levaire,

If you want a simple menu, you can just use the mobile menu option ( https://i.imgur.com/rmRwW7z.png ). In this case, there’s no need to create anything custom.

However, if you want a fully customized menu that looks exactly the way you prefer, then you can follow the method described above. This is only necessary if you need something special. For a simple setup, using the theme’s built-in header and mobile menu elements is the easiest solution.

Hi,

Normally, there should be no issues in either testing or production mode.
We received your email, and a developer has been assigned to investigate it. Unfortunately, this may take some time, as developers are not part of the support team and handle these types of situations only after completing their current tasks.

I appreciate your understanding!

Hi,
You need to use tagDiv Composer, edit the homepage and scroll to the footer there, select the row containing the pink color and check where the color is set (usually is in css tab ) – https://i.imgur.com/022o3hn.png https://i.imgur.com/BttF3CL.png

Hi,
Please go to plugins and see if you have the tagDiv Mobile theme plugin installed (also look for the amp plugin). If you have them, please disable those plugins, clear the cache, and check again. The problem should be resolved.

Calin

We are glad that you managed the situation!

Hi,
For this you need to edit the pages and cloud template using tagDiv Composer https://i.imgur.com/x2JetIa.png look after a CSS code element and remove this custom css https://i.imgur.com/j5Nqgr7.jpeg. Doing that, the animation from that page will be removed.

Hi,

Could you please provide some more details about how the problem is manifesting for you?
Have you checked this guide? https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/ https://i.imgur.com/hvWioGZ.png

Hi,

For pages, you cannot create templates the same way you can for categories, articles, authors, or tags. You can create a page and, if you like its layout, duplicate it and edit the copy but full template creation for pages is not supported.

Regarding the process you mentioned, both methods achieve the same result; they just come from different places in the interface. You can use either method. However, creating cloud templates directly in the Cloud Library helps you clearly see all your templates in one place and easily identify which ones are set as global.

Calin

Hi Chris Baird, yes, that it is right!
Having a category template that is global will display elements for each category in parts that are related to that category, for example, category image, description articles…
Now if you have a cloud category template, this can be edited with tagDiv Composer and make sure that you use the category elements.
Thank you!

Hi,

Yes, this can be done by setting the page template to Default. Then, edit the page with tagDiv Composer and customize it as you wish. After saving the page in tagDiv Composer, the page title will be displayed automatically as long as you don’t add a Page Title element inside the Composer.

Thank you!

Hi Justin,
I remember that on staging, after I disabled all plugins except the theme plugins, the problem was resolved – https://i.imgur.com/jhLPmCr.png. Did it continue to happen for you on staging?

Calin
tagDiv Staff

Hi,

Are you referring to the pagination button? When this happens, it’s usually due to one of two situations:

An extra plugin is interfering with the theme’s JavaScript. You can test this by keeping only the tagDiv plugins active.

A custom code in the .htaccess file or a security module on the host is causing interference.

Calin
tagDiv Staff

Hi,

This situation usually occurs when you are using both the AMP and the mobile theme. My recommendation is to disable both plugins and use the theme’s responsive version instead, as there is no longer a need for an AMP version.

To do this, go to your website dashboard > Plugins, disable the AMP plugin, then clear all cache. This should resolve the issue.

Thank you!

Hi anankassis,

We’ll do our best to respond to each email during our support schedule. Today is our national day, and support is quite limited.

Thank you for your understanding!

Calin

Hi anankassis,
If you are facing teh same problem, then you need to contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide the license key there (in private, the mail is open for all users). We’ll make a request for the key to be checked, and it will be removed from those domains that no longer exist.

Hi,
Please select an element from the page and if it appears to have only 2 viewports like this – https://i.imgur.com/qxokRl4.png then you edit a mobile page https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/ and not the main page.

Calin

Hi,
You need to use tagDiv Composer https://i.imgur.com/mNAlCzv.png set or select a row https://i.imgur.com/L9sVn7y.png, there you can set the layout and you can stretch the row https://i.imgur.com/thftI7H.png (only on Newsapper the row can be stretched)
