TagDiv Composer is a page cloud templates builder and it can be use for single post templates (post layout), but you can not write post content with it.
Pages are use to display the summary of posts, is total different from posts.
If on your website will be a lot of posts, then is not indicate to make the as pages, if you’ll have only few then you can use pages to write the content with tagDiv Composer, but this is not indicate.

6. If you have a cloud header set in theme panel, then the option for sticky menu will be remove.

Indeed the last version is 10.3.2 also if you are using Newspaper v10.2 then you can get the v10.3.2 from themeforest and update it without problems.
