You can use a licence key for one single product, but if you want to move the theme to another website or change domain, you’ll need to reset the licence key from that website https://i.imgur.com/FcSzuAu.png and remove the theme (delete), in this way thy licence will be available for the new website.
According to Envato license terms a theme can be used for a single end product (website)

– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular

All the settings made with tagDiv Composer or in theme panel are saved in database, removing the theme files will not affect them.
