Hi,

That would be possible, when you want the smart list to end add the end smart list shortcode – http://prntscr.com/mzw4kq then you can continue with additional headings in the post content – https://forum.tagdiv.com/smart-lists/

Thanks

I could inspect a page where it happens, create a test page and post a link to it. Mention all the steps you take before the issue can be seen so I can also try and recreate it on my end. If there is an issue we will fix it. Let me know.

When the button is missing from it’s usual place, does it appear here by any chance?
http://prntscr.com/mzvwil
We are currently investigating such an issue, seems to happen in some specific cases. In a multisite environment we have made no tests with the cloud plugin unfortunately. A solution will be found for the issue I mentioned as soon as possible. Sorry for the inconvenience.

I see you switched themes, still no image in the debugger – http://prntscr.com/mzvsjw
The image seems inaccessible now, when I tried before it was – http://prntscr.com/mzvukt

Maybe the problem was that the images were too small or maybe too big

Hi,

I failed to see that, indeed it does not have a caption option. Then maybe a title over image element, in it you can set a title and a subtitle, it also has a link option
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_crypto/title-over-image/
Maybe you could use this element, please give it a try.

Thanks

Hi,

@scott
.dutton We will try to reply as soon as possible, there is a high volume of support requests currently, sorry if there is a delay before we take a look.

I should note that there are issues that are being investigated and some were fixed, related to AMP and mobile theme, a theme update will be released shortly.

Thanks

@activeJR I also have the woocommerce plugin active, that script is loading for me as well. From what I can find the AMP plugin should remove it automatically and make the AMP page valid, seems it does not remove it. I will add this as well for investigation.

@Bintmusic
That is also investigated.

Quite unusual, haven’t seen such an issue before. Looks like the “/” are removed and instead a space is entered, also the “=” after src is missing
http://prntscr.com/mzu53k
Is this happening if you enter an image in the post content? have you entered any code/scripts in the theme panel or theme files directly?

Something is affecting the links on the frontend, it the page source the slashes are there – http://prntscr.com/mzu95n only the “=” is missing. Maybe a code you used somewhere or a plugin could do something like this.

You can enter analytics code in the AMP plugin section and in the mobile theme section. Both sections will load the code properly. Or enter them all in the AMP plugin analytics section.

For example enter the Google analytics code in the theme panel section, and the other ones in the AMP plugin section, there you can enter multiple codes from the vendors you are using
https://www.ampproject.org/docs/analytics/analytics-vendors

This issue is currently under investigation, indeed it seems WPBakery is causing it. A solution should be found in time for the coming theme update. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for the feedback, much appreciated.

Hi,

I see the issue, it is happening for me as well with a button, the icon elements seems to work alright as you mention. We will try to fix it in time for the next theme update. Sorry for the inconvenience. Shouldn’t be long before the update will be released.

Thanks

Hi,

I checked the homepage of the website, everything looks in order at the moment
http://prntscr.com/mzj256http://prntscr.com/mzj29z

I also tried displaying a Facebook video in a page, using the column text element
http://prntscr.com/mzj3omhttp://prntscr.com/mzj3zb
Seems to work alright, same as before. I just pasted the link to the video in it
http://prntscr.com/mzj4t1http://prntscr.com/mzj4ze
What exactly is happening in your case?

Thanks

Hi,

Quite unusual, everything seems in order when testing with the debug tool
http://prntscr.com/mziv65
The image is accessible as well so Facebook should pick it up. How are you implementing the og data? With Yoast on my side seems to work alright. If possible try and install this plugin and test again – https://forum.tagdiv.com/facebook-share/

Let me know.
Thanks

Could be a conflict with another plugin, what if you try as a quick test to deactivate all plugins except theme plugins and the Yoast plugin? Let me know.

Hi,

@charles
.kiss@gmail.com What version of the theme are you using? That code shouldn’t be commented like that, at least it is not for me in theme version 9.6, also I can’t find references for some of the code you mention in the composer, on my end. What if you reinstall the composer, does it work then?

Thanks

Hi,

I see the date is not appearing. Are you sure it is enabled here for posts here
http://prntscr.com/mzi86z and here for modules – http://prntscr.com/mzi8i6

For the loop in the homepage also check if the date is enabled in it’s settings
http://prntscr.com/mziblo

Let me know.
Thanks

Hi,

Numbered pagination is available for the loop element – http://prntscr.com/mzi2jr But the loop does not have any filtering settings, just an exclude posts option.

Or if you use the page template with latest articles – https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/

Blocks do not have a numbered pagination method, only ajax pagination
https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/

Let me know if you have more questions.

Hi,

Nice, thank you for posting the code you created and sorry for the inconvenience again. There will be an option for this implemented in a future update, can’t say when exactly.

Thanks

Hi,

1. You could enter content in the about us section, it can be entered here
http://prntscr.com/mzhpeh
Or I could give you a code to remove the “About us”, enter it in the mobile theme custom CSS section in the theme panel – http://prntscr.com/mzhqn3

.td-footer-description .block-title {
display: none;
}

2. That is not possible, unless maybe you make a modification like this – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/latest-article-mobil-theme/
The mobile theme doesn’t have many settings at the moment, we will add more in coming updates.

3. The WP Super Cache plugin should work properly with the mobile theme, other caching plugins could cause problems like you are describing. If possible please try and use this caching plugin.

However something unusual is happening in the website, I can’t seem to access the non-AMP version of the website, the URL is always /amp for some reason.

Are you using the mobile theme and official AMP plugin? – https://tagdiv.com/amp-newspaper-theme/

Thanks

Hi,

First please make sure you are uploading the actual theme zip file, not the whole package
https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/

Here are the theme install guides, either by FTP or by WordPress
https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-wordpress/

That message you are receiving could also be caused by a low max upload size value, like in this similar topic
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/the-link-you-followed-has-expired/

We recommend these values – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Please let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks

Hi,

The AMP analytics code should be of this form – http://prntscr.com/mzhl3u Enter it like that and there will be no problem. The last code you mention is the one that should be entered there.

Thanks

Hi,

I will try to help you. Which demo are you referring to exactly? Also post a link to the website so I can see how it looks on mobile. Let me know.

Hi,

Unfortunately I can’t test this on my end, maybe more modifications are required to get this to work, if even possible with the events.
If I had a solution I would gladly provide it to you, but we haven’t made any testing with that plugin up to this point. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,

Seems to happen in my case as well, either by adding the video link in a classic element or using the Gutenberg embed element – http://prntscr.com/mzh0ym

There is a lot of empty space top and bottom, I even tried with a default wordpress theme and it is the same. I found some topics about it
https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/issues/10109
https://wordpress.org/support/topic/big-white-space-above-youtube-video-since-last-update/
Could be a Gutenberg issue.

Thanks

Hi,

Those are inline image elements, these do not have an option to set a link for the images, at the moment.

You could replace the inline single image with single image elements, these have an option to set a link for the images used – http://prntscr.com/mzgpjg

I tried setting a caption for the images, seems to work alright
http://prntscr.com/mzgqbq
What exactly are you entering in the caption field and what is happening? Let me know.

Thanks
