Hi,
@adamshut Does it happen when you access the page to edit it with the composer, or while saving the page in the composer?
Currently there is an issue when attempting to save in the composer, it is caused by the mobile theme plugin. The issue is investigated and will be fixed.
Also check these topics – https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
If nothing works please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel if possible. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
@MinHs In almost all cases this issue is caused by the following:
Could be caused by insufficient resources
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
In this case the hosting provider should be able to increase them.
Or it could be a security setting, module or firewall, as in this case where the theme panel was not saving any settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-options-2/
The admin ajax could be blocked by the server and the theme cannot access it. Check in the browser inspector console to see if this is the case. If it is, try to find the security settings or firewall settings in the cPanel settings and change them. The hosting provider should be able to help with this task.
Also if you use Wordfence try to set it on learning more
– https://www.wordfence.com/help/firewall/learning-mode/
If you already checked or tried these, we could take a look. Send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login, also cPanel or FTP if possible. Please include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
Hi,
That may happen if you use old WordPress versions or old theme versions. Please try and scan the website, database etc for malware if there such a problem

If you use an older theme version update the theme, update WordPress if needed as well
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
After you remove the malware, take steps to improve the security of the website, be careful what plugins you install or what codes you enter in the theme or WordPress files or panels

Hi,
I have tested the website on both Android and iOS, looks fine at the moment
Android – https://www.screencast.com/t/PD8AMGqHX
iOS – https://www.screencast.com/t/xdCuDQ5HAAX
Maybe on devices using older or very old Safari versions there could be some design issues regarding the flex blocks, they may not support certain CSS elements used by the flex blocks.
Thanks
They will be doubled if you set the latest posts as featured as well. The top grid will display featured posts, below it there will be latest posts. If the latest are also featured, then they will show up twice.
There are various solutions in the forum, such as setting an offset for the latest section by 3 posts, like you did
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-set-offset-post-for-latest-post-module-on-mobile-theme-plugin/
I believe this is on our list and the functionality may change in the future, to try and avoid such situations. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Hi,
Seems that for some reason sometimes the header height is enlarged to almost eight times the default value of the header height 80px
– https://www.screencast.com/t/FRUuDBvqWF
I did not see something like this before. The value set in the theme is 80px
– https://www.screencast.com/t/JIZofu9la7
For me it happened once after trying for 5 minutes.I nspected it and there is nothing there in the empty space, only the header having a wrong inline height value.
Could be caused by CSS minification maybe, or by the Cloudflare rocket loader. If you run something like this, try to temporarily disable them, clear all caching and check again.
Hi,
I have inspected the website, there is no such error at the moment, or other errors
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ZE5CvXl7c7
404 errors on website resources can indeed potentially slow down the loading speed, but everything seems in order from what I can see.
Thanks
Hi,
A static page has to be set as homepage like this – https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
After you set it, that will be the homepage replacing the default WordPress blog page (the blog page will be replaced by the static page you set).
Thanks
Hi,
You could use a cloud template, there you can simply remove the category siblings
– http://prntscr.com/lyw4mn
Here you can preview and even edit cloud category templates, and experiment with them
– https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/load/Category
I believe some default category templates don’t display category siblings in the category page. The default category templates can be seen here
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/ (Features->Category layouts->Templates)
Thanks
Hi,
I believe this is a misunderstanding. The menu overlay template is a page template, it will apply only in pages
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/
The page templates cannot be applied to post pages, category pages etc. Maybe this will change in the future, I can’t say at the moment.
Thanks
Hi,
If the thumbnail is enabled and the post has a featured image or video set, then there should be no problem
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image-or-video/
I could take a look at this, please provide a link to the website so I can see the problem.
Thanks
The admin ajax has to be available to the theme at all times, or there will be problems. If it is blocked by security modules or by the server there would be nothing we can do about it.
I have checked and that is the case – https://www.screencast.com/t/8fxKXxUDH The server firewall is denying the theme access to the admin ajax.
You could try what is suggested here – https://www.godaddy.com/community/Using-WordPress/Access-Denied-Godaddy-website-firewall/td-p/122009
– https://www.godaddy.com/community/SSL-And-Security/Access-Denied-Godaddy-website-firewall/td-p/107063
In the future please send sensitive information by email as suggested above. The forum is public and all users can see all topics. I will edit the topic and remove them.
Hi,
To avoid misunderstandings, please specify in details what exactly you want to do. This will be very helpful.
The theme blocks, grids and other post displaying elements can sort them by publish date and time
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Publish date mean will also take the time into account, so for example a latest sorting method will order the posts according to the publishing time and date.
Or maybe you want to show the time next to the date in the post pages, and also the modules. That is possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/show-post-time-2/
Thanks
@Patrick93 Replied in your other topic.
Hi,
Using that form seems to require that you load an additional script in AMP
– https://www.screencast.com/t/qFUhCCXF6NF
– https://www.ampproject.org/docs/reference/components/amp-form
That script can be loaded in the AMP header, between the head tags, you could give it a try it should work
– https://www.screencast.com/t/TAQGzA4Zldt
Thanks
Hi,
You could use a plugin, check some online tutorials for example
– https://blog.disqus.com/disqus-for-wordpress-3-plugin-is-now-available
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-add-disqus-comment-system-in-wordpress/
– https://www.shoutmeloud.com/how-to-integrate-disqus-commenting-system-on-your-website.html
There are also various topics in this forum in the matter.
Thanks
Maybe with modifications to the theme files where the content ads are defined
– https://www.screencast.com/t/imdaYSpoljXJ
But the current functionality is the way it was intended to be in the first place.
Hi,
I would suggest as a first step to deactivate all plugins if possible, leave only theme plugins active. Then test the same posts with the AMP validator
– https://validator.ampproject.org/
Start with this one for example – https://www.screencast.com/t/anC8fPVMTJq That one loads quite some CSS.
The stylesheet of our AMP plugin is not larger than the limit, but some plugins may trigger this error ( I’ve seen similar cases before).
Thanks
Hi,
Are you sure that all three post IDs used are valid? I see these IDs are used
– https://www.screencast.com/t/pln7roZVEw
The one that is not displayed is the “4053” post, please check if that ID is correct. There would be no reason for the block to not display all three posts if the IDs are valid.
Maybe you meant “4503”, this one – http://vards.net/2018/12/18/queen-victoria-full-gold-sovereign-1879/
For the block header background, you could use this general setting
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jW6wLQ1piVK
Set the color you want there.
Thanks
Hi,
Should be no problems, most issues that have been reported in the theme were fixed, the others will be fixed. Since the initial 9.2 theme update when support for WordPress 5 was implemented in the theme, there were a couple of additional updates fixing various issues. WordPress also released some minor updates.
Theme changelog here (bottom of the page)
Some recommend to not update WordPress for the time being, others have updated
– https://yoast.com/should-you-update-to-wordpress-5-0/
– https://wpml.org/2018/12/wait-before-updating-to-wordpress-5-0/
It all depends whether you require the new features immediately or not
– https://kinsta.com/blog/wordpress-5-0/
You can update in any order, this is a theme update guide
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thanks
Hi,
To change elements in the page content, edit it with the composer
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
You can then edit/remove/add the elements you want. Here is a block settings guide as well
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
If you have more questions please let us know. Mention details about the issues, provide screenshots or a link to the website, so we can take a look.
Thanks
Glad it worked. Changing the number in the code will make the code apply to a different header style. It may require additional code if used for other header styles however.
From what I can see having the ACF plugin removes the other custom fields, deactivating it will restore them.
I found a code that can be entered in the theme or child theme functions file, this will (at least in my case it does) enable the default custom fields regardless of ACF being active
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-fix-custom-fields-not-showing-in-wordpress/
– https://www.screencast.com/t/IGAEYLobqEp
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1so9f3vj
You could give that a try, should work.
After you created it, add posts in it as shown. These will be displayed in the top mobile grid. Should be no problem.
Hi,
There were some modifications made to the inline ad functionality, users mentioned that it wasn’t working properly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/i3W5Xwk6j
For example if it was set to appear after 2 paragraphs, and after the second paragraph there was a heading for example or a blockquote, the ad did not appear exactly after the second paragraph, but after the heading or blockquote which is wrong.
So now it will be displayed right after the set number of paragraphs. If no number is specified the ad will appear at the bottom, “0” will do the same.
Thanks
