Hi,
With the tagDiv composer you can build pages, there are blocks, grids and many other elements to choose from
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Here is a guide for the block settings
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Installing the additional cloud library plugin you can import/create post templates, category templates etc
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
You can test the cloud templates here, preview and edit them
– https://affiliate.tagdiv.com/#/load/All
So basically you can create a new page, edit it with the composer and place the elements you want in it. After it is done you can set the page as homepage
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/
Please let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks
The issue is under more investigation, we can’t seem to identify what is the trigger for the templates to reset.
Any other details you can provide are most welcome. Are you doing anything specific before the templates reset or it happens randomly, or after the same period of time? Could you mention what are the currently active plugins on your website?
Hi,
You could experiment with different image sizes until you identify the perfect results. It will indeed be dependent on image aspect ratio as well and modules used. The thumbnails the theme creates are cropped center top
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-vs-featured-image-size/
As a note, using flex blocks or flex grids may be easier to manipulate the images in pages. You can choose a size for the image and align it

Hi,
There are similar topics with solutions you could try

Use the Live CSS editor to test these codes, modify them is needed.
If you need help let me know.
Thanks
Hi,
@development For full width results in pages you can stretch the rows
– https://www.screencast.com/t/daxvql19
There are also full width grids you can use (10 types)
As mentioned above, the website will be boxed if there is a general background color or image set in the theme panel.
If this is not what you wanted to know, please mention some more details for a better understanding.
Thanks
I removed the URL references.
Hi,
That might happen, the theme will first load it’s initial default fonts
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
So for example the transition between the fonts would be visible if the website loads slower sometimes.
We added an option is update 8.7.5 to disable Google fonts, so users can load and display their own fonts only
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cumOwz7ND
Then the theme will not load the default fonts and only user uploaded fonts will be used.
If you use an older version then that this setting will not be available.
Thanks
Hi,
So there is a problem while setting a background image for a category page? What exactly is happening when you set an image? Some more details would be very helpful, so I can check on my side.
Thanks
Hi,
Could be relates to insufficient WP-memory or max upload size
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/fix-wordpress-memory-exhausted-error-increase-php-memory/
You can increase both like this – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Then check if the problem is fixed.
Thanks
Hi,
Those are blocks and widget titles. Each block or widget can have the title you want. Simply edit the page with the composer and set the desired title
– https://www.screencast.com/t/KaMikRJeM7AD
For widgets you can do the same in Appearance->Widgets
– https://www.screencast.com/t/y5oLJVHB
Maybe these composer and block settings guides will be helpful

Please let us know if you have more questions.

Hi,
@Vano-253 Does it happen if you try in a different browser? You could try and increase the WP-memory to a higher value, like 256M if possible.
Also are there any errors when these hangs occur, in the browser console? Please let us know.
Hi,
What exactly does not work on small devices? I checked the responsive grid and it seems to work. If there is a problem we will fix it, please mention some more details about this.
Thanks
Hi,
I accessed your website with this link – http://wpmediamasters.com I am then redirected to this URL – https://www.screencast.com/t/YM2Ww7XXA
So that would be how it should work. But I also checked with a redirect tracker tool, with these results
– https://www.screencast.com/t/LiLU0olF8f
So that is just as you say, but note that the theme does not have any redirecting settings for the website. Maybe check you htaccess file for those 301 redirects, also contact your hosting provider and mention this to them.
Thanks
Hi,
That is unusual, it should add a like almost instantly. The like button implementation would the same as Facebook provides it
– https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/like-button/
I tested again in a few posts on your website, it works every time. Try to test with a different phone and see what happens.
Thanks
Hi,
Other than what is mentioned in this similar topic I would have nothing more to add
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/page-is-not-mobile-friendly-2/
I tested some of your posts and they are mobile friendly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/PabSm86b
Maybe make some tests with the mobile theme plugin provided in the theme package, that would increase performance on mobile
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks
Hi,
We are aware of the decreasing performance in the theme. There are plans to optimize the theme in the coming updates. There will be somewhat major modifications made which will have a direct impact on performance.
After the previous theme updates we have reached the point where these modifications will be possible to implement.
I can’t say if this will happen in the next 2-3 days, it will happen as soon as possible however. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thank you!
Hi,
@sonnymarojahan I made a test with the like button in the post you mention on mobile, seems to work from what I can see
– https://www.screencast.com/t/NlkuiGbLZBs5
What is happening in your case? It should have the same functionality as on desktop.
Thanks
Hi,
The link for the username displayed in the top bar when the user is logged in, is defined in this file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/QKny3uZ3oYfu
You could modify the link to what you want. The link for the create an account in the modal is here, you could modify that as well
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rrh9Zbv7
Thanks
Hi,
We are currently investigating such an issue, anything more you can provide will be helpful.
Do you use the latest theme version?
Does this happen only with the 404 and search cloud templates?
Are you doing anything specific before they reset or is it completely random?
Have you tried to check if the same happens if only theme plugins are active?
Mention anything else you think would be helpful, so we can try to identify what is causing the issue. Let us know.
Thanks
Hi,
That will not work, the AMP plugin has head tags of it’s own here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/QXZLwav8sgqY
So in order to load that in AMP you would have to enter it there.
Thanks
Hi,
We made some testing and it seems to be an issue. It will count the number of paragraphs set in the theme panel, but if there is a heading for example after the second paragraph as in this case, the ad will appear after the heading.
We came up with a solution which I believe will end up as the final solution in this matter. It will be included in the next theme update.
Until then, to solve the issue please access the theme files by FTP or the WordPress editor and open this file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gVIrPhvtF
Replace all the code in that file with this one – https://pastebin.com/QGz2nhpH
Then the ad will appear properly, right after the paragraph ends. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
@darknrg Be sure to clear the cache if you use any, also the browser cache (force refresh the page with Ctrl+Shift+R). That should work. If the mentioned code is removed the image will not load anymore, but caching could prevent the change from appearing.
Or you could go about it in a different way and not remove the code. This demo customization with the image background will apply only to header style 9.
If you select a different header style (style 10 is similar to 9 but with a centered menu) then the image will not load and you can set your own in the theme panel.
Please let us know if you have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
The license keys are provided by Envato, so there would be nothing we can do from the theme perspective to stop the website you are referring to.
As an admin it would be possible to create a copy of the entire website with a plugin, admins have all the capabilities.
You could contact the Envato help department and mention this to them, maybe there is a procedure for these cases
– https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us
Thanks
Hi,
@remon1993 So you want to us big grid 4 to display posts, that will not be a problem. Notice that big grids don’t have any pagination.
Big grid 4 will display 2 posts – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-4/
Only blocks have pagination, including infinite loading
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
From what I can see in the screenshot you provided that is a block, maybe you mean block 4.
The default limit of posts for blocks is set to 5, that is why there will be 3 posts on the first row and 2 on the second in the layout you have. Change the limit to 6 for example, to have an even number of posts
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Msn5ZRXNv
Then if you set infinite loading for the block it will keep loading additional 6 posts.
The theme doesn’t have an option that would allow users to favorite posts in the modules. Maybe with plugins that could be possible, we haven’t test such plugins unfortunately.
The comment count can be disabled for blocks in the Theme panel->Block settings
– https://www.screencast.com/t/xPatNqYGUp
@RSN If you have any issues and the answers above aren’t helping, please mention them, I will try to help you.
Thanks
Hi,
You could maybe disable them all, then the modules will look like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/87nuD4IV
Enable the ones mentioned by the placeholder.
Or maybe as you build the page with the composer check in the general tab, the modules are mentioned there
– https://www.screencast.com/t/dI6DpB6zUI
Other than these and what I suggested above I can’t think of a way to identify the modules used.
