Hi,

Our AMP plugin does not show a menu, this is not implemented at the moment. However it might receive a menu in future plugin updates.
This is similar to the Yoast SEO website AMP version
https://yoast.com/social-media-optimization-with-yoast-seo/amp/

The logo that will be used in the header will be the one set for mobile
https://www.screencast.com/t/s0TSQ7WO
Try testing with different logo sizes and check if the logo is still blurry. It should be exactly as uploaded. I used in a test a logo like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/ECwm3YPVof7
https://www.screencast.com/t/7qjwLciCK0tR
It was centered in the first version of the plugin, but a decision has been made to left align it in the latest plugin version. A setting has not been added to choose it’s location.

As long as you are entering valid codes in the desired locations of the AMP plugin, there should be no problem with the ads
https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/7183212?hl=en
https://www.screencast.com/t/Kd7fibQixj
Be sure to test on mobile or mobile emulators to see the ads, on desktop they might not appear.

The same footer logo from desktop will be displayed in the AMP version. So it should look the same.

The plugin is at it’s beginning, it will receive more options in future updates, suggestions are welcome as well. It has no translation settings at the moment. It could only be translated with modifications to the plugin files if required

Hi,

The Speedbooster plugin has an inbuilt plugin checklist, if it detects plugins outside that list it will deactivate itself. This is supposed to happen, as the Speedbooster plugin could cause some plugins to not function properly.

The checklist could be disabled by modifying the plugin code
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
Then test to see if everything works properly regarding plugins installed.

Thanks

Hi,

Please check in these locations of the theme panel, remove or replace the images found there, with a different one

If you configured the counter and it is not working, there would be no solution at the moment. Due to changes made by Facebook related to application access to user information and privacy, the social counter may not work for all accounts/users
https://developers.facebook.com/status/issues/205942813488872
The status there has not changed for some while, when they will conclude the modifications we will see what can be done in the matter or if will fix itself.

Hi,

There could be ways with code. If you could provide a link to a page where you want the sidebar removed I will try to give you a solution, or at least point you in the right direction.

Simion C.

Hi,

That filter would be present on default category pages, if enabled
https://www.screencast.com/t/M13Xdt96Y
Each category template will display it
https://www.screencast.com/t/bWINp575YT
Taxonomies do not have templates or specific settings in the matter, so they will not display the pull-down filter.

Thanks

You can add new modules and blocks, these are guides here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-theme-api/
This way you could add a new module and block, it will be unique. There is an example for download as well, in the form of a plugin
https://forum.tagdiv.com/practical-example-how-to-add-a-new-block-and-module/

I inspected the website, it seems that the thumbnail is as it is supposed to be
https://www.screencast.com/t/VL3lcE07d
Each module has a predefined thumbnail size, it will only use that size. From what I can see you have stretched the column containing the block
https://www.screencast.com/t/4B11S0HR4
This should be avoided, it may break the design of the block. There are fixed values for the design which will not function properly in those circumstances.
Block 16 looks like this by default
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-16/
If you want bigger thumbnails use a different block for example, try the new flex block as well
https://tagdiv.com/go-beyond-flexibility-new-flex-block/

HI,

Maybe you have solved the issue, I have inspected the website but there are no errors that I can see at the moment

Our AMP plugin works on pages if enabled, but only on pages that are created through default WordPress editor, not with any of the page builders. Then it can also be enabled/disabled per page
https://www.screencast.com/t/JEBKuLqqw
Since the current homepage on your website contains page builder content, our AMP plugin will not apply to it. So the mobile theme should be served when searching and entering the website from Google search.

Try a code like this and check if it fixes the issue

#td-outer-wrap {
overflow: -webkit-paged-x;
}

Enter it in Theme panel->Mobile theme->Custom CSS.

You could use it only for pages that contain the events section by adding the page ID
https://www.screencast.com/t/iimPNyuODE

*Better to use English, this is the official language on the forum. This way the topics may be helpful to others as well.

The modules of the theme can be found here
https://www.screencast.com/t/pKRe3039
Blocks here – https://www.screencast.com/t/Um1ewPGmSR
Note that a modification to a module or block will affect every instance of it, unless maybe you create some conditions if possible.
The module and block files can be customized through a child theme
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/

Hi,

I see you are using module 16 for the search page results
https://www.screencast.com/t/TFY7EaVCFMH
That module uses the WordPress thumbnail size set here
https://www.screencast.com/t/Ix9iv9srO4C
If you modified that value, it will affect the thumbnail used by that module. Change the module to a different one or revert to default WordPress thumbnail size and regenerate the thumbnails
https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/

Thanks

Yes that might happen, the design for h2 may apply in those places once that modification is made. Maybe an option to choose the heading for each block will be implemented in the future.
At the moment only some multi-purpose elements have this option, such as the custom title element

Hi,

I believe that there is a page called homepage that might have been indexed by Google and somehow it tries to display it as an AMP page
https://www.screencast.com/t/zT0E91tdo
https://www.screencast.com/t/Q5U7sWKNRUW
Trying to access this page by this link https://www.coupdepoker.com/homepage
redirects to the current homepage – https://www.screencast.com/t/CuxMEntFfh
You can see that if you click on home the mobile theme is displayed
https://www.screencast.com/t/cgtHTwm5
Maybe you did have a page called homepage and removed it, and then you or a plugin created a redirect for it. You could check if that is the case and try to ask Google to re-crawl the website (this may take a while)

Only one demo can be installed at a time. If you uninstall or install a different demo, the previous one and all it’s settings will be removed
https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
When a demo is installed there will be custom design imported and theme panel settings. Uninstalling it will remove all of these, the website will be as before.

Hi,

The theme uses the default WordPress search functionality, the same results would be displayed in default WordPress. There are plugins that have more advanced settings that will allow you to have better control over the results if needed

Hi,

There have been changes to the Yoast plugin made by the plugin author, the theme does not interfere with the plugin settings
https://yoast.com/yoast-seo-7-0/

The theme will display the ads as long as the ad code is valid and entered in the theme panel sections. There is no error on the page that would signal a problem as well. Try the troubleshooter

Hi,

If you are referring to this instance of the social counter in the homepage
https://www.screencast.com/t/cpMsPsfiwu
From what I can see this is linked to the default tagDiv Facebook page
https://www.screencast.com/t/LROQLZzb
Note that each social counter widget has to be configure individually with your information
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Configure the counter with your Facebook ID and other necessary information.

Thanks

Simion C.

I know what you are referring to now. The image is smaller because you are uploading the medium size of the image – https://www.screencast.com/t/4rvbLgOJOL
Select the full size and it will be bigger.

Simion C.
tagDiv Staff

There is no such option unfortunately, the modules will not display a numbering or listing of the posts it displays, this is not implemented. Maybe you could include a number in the article title so it will be displayed there.

Simion C.
tagDiv Staff

I checked again and now it seems to be displayed on mobile and with the mobile theme active
https://www.screencast.com/t/OPwzyhscoUsb
I could not say why it works now, maybe you made some changes within the plugin?

Simion C.

Upload only the 404.php file in the main theme folder then. Open the theme package and the 404 file should be there. Upload it in the main theme folder in your WordPress install.

However this file should already be there, it is included in the theme. Maybe it was removed accidentally or something happened with it.

Note that by updating/re-installing the theme, the theme panel settings, custom code in the theme panel, pages and posts will not be lost
https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Only if you modify theme files directly, modifications to theme will be lost as you will be replacing the files with the new ones.

A child theme could be used if you want to make modifications to theme files, these are the supported files
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/

Hi,

That is usually caused by insufficient resources, please check the theme panel system status section
https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If needed ask your hosting provider to increase all the parameters mentioned in that guide as specified. Then check if there is still a problem.

In other cases the admin ajax used by the theme could be blocked by a server firewall or security function, more in this topic
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cant-save-theme-options-2/

Thanks
