Hi,

Maybe I am misunderstanding this. If you are referring to this menu item
https://www.screencast.com/t/Saq4Qo0yyOz
That seems to be a custom link menu item, you can rename that by editing the menu
https://www.screencast.com/t/zVgGtOyG
Menus can contain other elements not just categories. Changes in the menu can be done in Appearance->Menus. That “Miscellaneous” element seems to have nothing to do with categories.

Thanks

HI,

That padding should be like this – https://www.screencast.com/t/0q5hrH2mLZn We have made multiple tests with the supported browsers, there are no problems for us. The issues that were identified were fixed if any. Can you test with a different computer? maybe it is something specific to the operating system.

Thanks

Hi,

That cannot be done on pages, the category tags have a predefined style that they will use at all times. The hover color will change to the theme accent color or title background color set for the blocks.
Some of the block settings are not present in WP Bakery, only in the tagDiv composer. You could use CSS to color them differently if needed
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/category-label-appearance-on-block-1/
Sorry for the inconvenience.

Hi,

From what I can see you are using a plugin or different implementation for the mobile menu. The mobile logo should be the one uploaded here in default circumstances
https://www.screencast.com/t/cRs0YUBXsYJ2
It will look like in the live theme demo if you check on mobile.
So the logo would be between the menu button and search, but since you are not using this default functionality, it will not appear.

I could give you a code to show the desktop logo
https://www.screencast.com/t/ioppFucbP
Enter it in Theme panel->Custom CSS if you decide to use it

@media (max-width: 767px) {
.td-logo-mobile-loaded {
display: block;
width: 50%;
}}

Thanks

Hi,

The theme does not have such a feature at the moment, that could only be done with code modifications, like in the topic provided above or maybe with a plugin. Use the code from the bottom of the post in the modules you want. Example for module 2

Result – https://www.screencast.com/t/fa6Ivn8OXY

Hi,

Try adding paragraph tags to each of the lines of text, like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/Ml6pgjbBXhFj
https://www.screencast.com/t/vBj33D5QfdV
Or maybe create it as a list like this

Hi,

If you configured the counter and it is not working, there would be no solution at the moment. Due to changes made by Facebook related to application access to user information and privacy, the social counter may not work for all accounts/users
https://developers.facebook.com/status/issues/205942813488872
The status there has not changed for some while, when they will conclude the modifications we will see what can be done in the matter or if will fix itself.

That would be the normal mobile design. Elements on pages are created to be responsive, they will adapt for the device width. With the tagDiv composer you can now hide elements by device, rows, columns and most elements have the option. A related topic here
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/change-moduleblock-12/

If you use the mobile theme, page builder content will not be displayed. You must then create 2 versions of a page, one for desktop how you wish and one for mobile using the sole capabilities of the mobile editor as mentioned in the guide.

Hi,

That block 4 seems to be empty, this can result from incorrect filtering and sorting configurations. You could check if that is the case.
The ajax filter will display by default all categories, unless you add category IDs in it. These categories must not be empty in order to appear. If there are no posts in them they will not appear in the ajax filter. Please check if that is the case as well.

Maybe some CSS will work if you would consider it. For example a code like this will remove the first paragraph in all the posts that are paged
https://www.screencast.com/t/EC7lzOnm1Z2A
It could be made to affect only certain posts
https://www.screencast.com/t/12elDpSFsbXp
This is specific for that post if you want to make tests with it

body[class*="paged"][class*=postid-1325] .td-post-content p:first-child {
display: none;
}

@weselyon I could take a look at it, please provide a link to your website where it is placed. Either an ID can be used or the channel

Instagram changed code on their side, this caused all the related Instagram widgets to not function at all. Pinterest should work although not ideally. Except trying the suggestion mentioned above I cannot provide any advice. It will work, for me it did after changing the settings a few times

@brenbrinkman If the ID is valid, the author avatar and description will be displayed. The author has to configure the account with an avatar and description, these will be displayed in the author box

Hi,

That would be like deactivating a plugin when accessing a specific page, I could not say if that is possible or not. Maybe there are solutions online or even plugins that can deactivate other plugins in certain situations.

Simion C.

Hi,

You could use the post subtitle field, this will appear like this
https://www.screencast.com/t/Ejg0QGeJdRdV
The subtitle will only show in the post page, so you could use it for the posts you want
https://www.screencast.com/t/q9dzONoV
Other than this, there would be no other spot to use in that location in which you can add text.

Thanks

Hi,

@ingenierojas
So the same error is displayed when trying to edit a page. Is it happening on all pages, even a new one? Does it happen if you temporarily disable all plugins except the theme plugins? let us know and we will investigate further.

Hi,

Maybe the table has fixed widths, that could by why it is overflowing. If it would be responsive it would adapt to the container in which it is placed.
I could take a look, please provide a link to your website and mention hoe exactly you want to apply the color, for which elements.

Custom CSS code can be created with the help of the browser inspector, and then entered in the theme panel
https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-custom-code-using-the-browsers-inspector/

Hi,

There are many theme demos you can choose from, more will be created and added. Glad you could find one that you like.

1. Those will not link anywhere in their initial demo state. That location is the footer menu, you can create a menu of your choosing and set it
https://www.screencast.com/t/xRJzzQvwps
Use the menu items you want in all the menus on the website. The current menus can be replaced if needed, they are created for demo purposes.

2. If you are referring to the footer socials, it seems you have customized it at the moment with your data
https://www.screencast.com/t/UGImWQOnZ
If you are referring to the social counter in the posts sidebar
https://www.screencast.com/t/dKFznRGUZKF
The counter can be edited in Appearance->Widgets, this is a guide
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
There you can add/remove/edit widgets in the sidebars as you wish.

3. You could give it a try and see if the ad works as you want. The theme supports Adsense ads as well as other ads
https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads-non-adsense-ads/
From what I know Google Adsense ads are not recommended to be used in floating boxes however if that is the case
https://www.screencast.com/t/aztyvtdGZCiU
https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/48182?hl=en
The ad spots are located in Theme panel->Ads. If you use the mobile theme plugin, this has it’s own ad spots in Theme panel->Mobile theme
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hi,

Yes that would be correct, enter it like this and it will work
https://www.screencast.com/t/xT5ve9zgXi12
Maybe clear your cache after updating the them, also CDN if used. Clear the browser cache as well or test with a different one.

Thanks

I have searched for this online, it seems the issue is happening for other people as well
https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/webmasters/XpbjG0Zx1fc

According to Google this is detected when the AMP page is missing a video that is seen in the canonical page. But the videos are present in both from what I can see
https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/7478053?hl=en
I did not find a definite solution for this, maybe you can search more online.

Those would be the theme internal fonts, these are used for various theme elements, such as the socials and menu for example
https://www.screencast.com/t/FUVkHDPOtfr
But the font seems to not load properly. Maybe your hosting provider could provide some details about this, as to why the theme fonts cannot be decoded
https://www.thewebflash.com/set-the-correct-mime-types-for-woff-fonts-in-your-web-server/
https://github.com/fontello/fontello/wiki/How-to-setup-server-to-serve-fonts

In some cases the icons are replaced by other characters even
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/strange-chinese-symbols-replaced-icons-and-arrows/

Hi,

1. We would need a link to your website so we can take a look at these issues. The mobile menu will be accessible as soon as the page is loaded. In some cases because of slow loading speed or maybe files that cause 404 errors (not found), the mobile menu will be delayed in it’s functionality.

Or there could be conflicts with other plugins which break the mobile functionality. We will try to identify what is the cause in this case.

2. The menu should be sticky at all times if enabled
https://www.screencast.com/t/BHd0JQZEfz

3. Maybe you have strong caching, however when changes in the website are made by you, the changes should be applied, that would be the ideal functionality. Check the cache settings if possible or CDN settings if used. The theme does not have a caching function so other factors are the cause here.

4. The contact page is a normal page, if you installed a demo it should be like there (different images however). We will take a look if you can link this page here.

5. The weather widget can be configured like this
https://forum.tagdiv.com/weather-widget/
It will work as soon as you configure it with an API key as mentioned, and valid location.

6. You will have to configure the social counter with your own data
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-social-counter-tutorial-2/
Edit the social counter either by editing the page with the tagDiv composer, or in the Appearance->Widgets section. Each instance of the counter has to be configured.

Hi,

That would be highly unusual, the WP Super Cache is fully compatible with WordPress and our theme. I would suggest to disable all plugins by FTP since you cannot access the WordPress dashboard
http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-deactivate-all-plugins-when-not-able-to-access-wp-admin/
That should let you access your WordPress. Also you could contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the error logs or what could cause the 505 errors. Maybe the WordPress install could be corrupted, they could take a look if possible.

Thanks

Hi,

That is happening because the block is stretched. The stretched module uses the same thumbnail that it normally does. So the results could be blurry be cause a small thumbnail will be stretched to bigger sizes.

You could use for example different blocks, ones that use a bigger thumbnail size. Or experiment with the flex block which allows you to choose the thumbnail size (predefined values). This demo homepage was built entirely with the flex block
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper_crypto/
https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/flex-block/

Hi,

I believe I mentioned before, demos contain custom design. The gadgets demo uses by default header style 5, there is design for that header style in the demo stlyesheet
https://www.screencast.com/t/GrVPPxkSzY
If you change the header style this design will not apply anymore, it will affect only header style 5.

The fitness demo also has customization for header style 10 that it uses
https://www.screencast.com/t/bwet2SPijcRs

The base header styles look like this
https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/
Most demos will contain modifications for a single one, the one that they use. When changed some of the design or all will not apply anymore.

Thanks
