Hi,
Something like that would not be possible with the current theme settings. A dynamic filtering such as the Related articles (by category or tag) and More from author (by author of post) is not available in an element or widget. It was considered to be sufficient to have one related articles section per post page, like the one already implemented.
The theme blocks do not have a related filtering or sorting, or is there a widget created specifically for this purpose. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
@rollinwithmama I tested again as mentioned in the reply above, be sure to modify the code as shown and it will work for you. By default the Leave a reply box is below all the comments, but by making that modification it will be above them

This is the code after the modification

Thanks
Hi,
That is unusual, I have tried your Instagram ID without a “/”
So it should work the same for you, a “/” is not required when configuring Instagram. Configure it as mentioned and there should be no problem with it’s functionality. Maybe clear the caching after if you have any, or CDN if you use it. Let us know.
Thanks
Hi,
Unlike WPBakery page builder which can be enabled for posts, the tagDiv composer cannot be used on posts at the moment. The WPBakery page builder has options to save templates
– https://www.screencast.com/t/aWFwTtbCeZX
The tagDiv composer has options to save rows or elements on the page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/AD3psdCfX
These can then be used on other pages.
Posts at the moment will have to be styled with the predefined post templates
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-templates-2/
You can either choose post templates for each post as you wish, or have them inherit a global setting from the theme panel
– https://www.screencast.com/t/vCAwfgvmSKCO
– https://www.screencast.com/t/GM0iPhjMt
Thanks
Hi,
The tagDiv composer cannot be used to create posts at the moment, only pages
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Posts have predefined templates you can choose from
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/post-templates-2/
This will change in a future update, there will be modifications to how the posts are created. I cannot say more unfortunately.
Thanks
If the theme panel or theme system status is displaying a different version than the one you have installed, then the theme did not install/update properly. Best way to install a theme would be by FTP
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
The old theme has to be completely overwritten, or removed and replaced by the new theme. Then this will be visible in the theme panel or system status, the version should be the one you installed.
It is also important to have enough resources allocated
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
This usually fixes hanging issues with the theme panel.
Please try and reinstall the theme by FTP if possible, then check if there are any problems. Let us know.
Hi,
I don;t understand what exactly you are referring to. If you could provide some additional details I will try to help you.
Thanks
Hi,
That was removed as an option by Woocommerce, quite a while ago. These are some similar topics containing solutions to enable the lightbox feature of Woocommerce

Thanks
Hi,
I am having trouble identifying the buttons you are referring to, on both the page you mention. I will try to help you if you could specify where exactly are the buttons.
Thanks
Hi,
There is a plugin included in the theme package that will help with render blocking issues. However it will not work when it detects plugins that are not part of a predefined list. This check that it does could be deactivated
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tinymce-advanced-and-other-various-disabling-speed-boster/
Then the plugin will try to move all the blocking resources it can to the footer of the page. Removing this check could cause issues for other plugins that may not function correctly after this. This will have to be tested by you.
Or you could try other render blocking or optimization plugins and make tests.
Thanks
Hi,
Could be the same issue from this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/error-500-message-when-i-update-from-8-6-to-8-7-3/
Try downloading the theme package again and install it, check if the issue is solved. Also it is important that there are sufficient resources, especially WP memory. Let us know if there is still a problem.
Thanks
I have tried this as well. For example I created a code to remove the post title in the post page
– https://www.screencast.com/t/5QDVLxwBbLPx
– https://www.screencast.com/t/Dcai5wh74b
I then entered it in the child theme stylesheet (be sure that the child theme is active)
The code applies – https://www.screencast.com/t/AnJDoQfs642R
Then I tried in the main theme style.css file
– https://www.screencast.com/t/uQlreldT4jp
I had to force refresh the page in the browser in this case, in order to see the changes.
For me the website does not look like that
– https://www.screencast.com/t/CpDKxrNAkW
That CSS code is not found in the page. So maybe the issue happens only for admin, if you disabled the admin bar for other roles. How exactly did you remove the admin bar? I could try as you did and see what exactly happens.
Hi,
Seems the path may not be valid, the multipurpose should be installed in the actual plugins folder not in a different folder which seems to be called td-multi-purpose_old. Try installing it in the plugins folder and check again.
Thanks
You can use multi-purpose elements or the additional options that it will add. All you need to do is to install and activate it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/7gMKIeG2la.
The plugin was introduced in a previous version of the theme and extends the tagDiv composer and also adds more settings in the theme panel
– https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-8-5-update-what-s-new/
The elements it will add will be visible in the tagDiv composer once you activate the multi-purpose plugin
– https://www.screencast.com/t/mHmdfzPK
You can use multi-purpose elements on any page, as well as woocommerce shortcodes
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jzdAxwL3awg
– https://www.screencast.com/t/pJqu5xbUPEDj
Glad you could solve the issue, we have improved the AMP plugin after there were initially some issues with it. Currently there are no known problems with it. However if something is found, we will try to fix it as soon as possible.
From all the menu items I tested, currently only this one does nothing on desktop or mobile from what I can see
– https://www.screencast.com/t/r7OoEO6dXl
If the menu items work properly when the plugin is disabled then the plugin would be causing the issues.
Or maybe I am misunderstanding the actual problem here, please mention what exactly I should test to see the problem.
Hi,
AMP will not work for those pages. Posts can be used with AMP and pages built with default WordPress editor
– https://www.screencast.com/t/EXQf06xIx
This is some more information on the AMP plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Thanks
If the code is valid, then what it is supposed to do should be visible after entering it. Maybe you have caching or a CDN. Try clearing the cache and purge CDN files if that is the case. Once entered in either the child theme stylesheet
– https://www.screencast.com/t/tReNfeKeY
Or main theme stylesheet – https://www.screencast.com/t/mF667VbZ1adJ
Then the code will be loaded accordingly.
So those are menu items that are created through that plugin. Maybe the plugin is not compatible with the theme in some way and the menu items that are created with it do not function correctly.
I could not provide any fixes unfortunately if that is the case, we have not made any tests with the plugin, I don’t know why that is happening. Maybe you can use default menu items and use the plugin in a different way if possible, for a fully working menu.
Hi,
If you could provide a link to the post or posts in question we will take a look. I have checked some of the posts on your website and they all passed AMP validation.
Thanks
Hi,
If you have the buddypress plugin installed and active, that toolbar could be added by it. Please check in the plugin settings and disable it
– https://www.screencast.com/t/uketMFlbdb
Thanks
So by renaming the theme zip package the widgets are not affected. You could do that if it works for you and there was no problem after trying it.
Hi,
A sorting order must be selected in a block or grid, the default will be by latest. You can select a different one if you want. According to the chosen sorting and category filter, the posts will be displayed.
The only way of displaying fixed particular posts a all times in a block or grid would be to enter the post IDs in the post filter
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1UU9b6gRBw
But this way in order to change the posts you will have to edit the page and change IDs.
Thanks
Hi,
It would seem that the thumbnails are not created properly for those images. All the thumbnails should be of the same size in a block which uses a single module. I would suggest that you regenerate the thumbnails
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
Then clear the cache and check if the issue is solved. If there is still an issue, please provide a link to the website so we can take a look.
Thanks
