That could be caused by an image that the demo uses. This is a known issue which we will fix. Please check and remove or set an image of your own in these locations
– https://www.screencast.com/t/CNGiMITax
The original image will timeout since it will not be found, that could be what is causing the issue.
Hi,
That is quite an old theme version, much has changed since that version. Indeed that would be the thing to note. Once you update the tagDiv composer will be automatically activated. Visual composer elements in pages may not display properly if the tagDiv composer is active. Deactivate it and leave Visual composer (now WP Bakery page builder) active. Update Visual composer and there should be no issues
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
This is a guide to update the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
It is always recommended to keep the theme used, theme plugins and WordPress up to date. Updates will improve the functionality in many ways.
If you would then want to use the tagDiv composer, all pages will have to be recreated using it. The pages must only contain elements that belong to it.
Be sure to check if there are sufficient resources allocated for a optimal performance
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Check the theme system status and if needed ask your hosting provider to increase those parameters.
Le us know if you encounter any issues and we will try to help you as best we can.
Thanks
That is what I was trying to say, the elements that are for text will allow you to use the WordPress text editor. In a text element you can also insert images and align them as you wish
– https://www.screencast.com/t/M2VaGqdW
Also experiment with elements that can display images, provided by the composer and multi-purpose plugin
– https://www.screencast.com/t/3ADEECTmmTs
You could not split the row, use a full row and arrange the text and images as you want in a single text element.
Hi,
You can create that page with the tagDiv composer as well. These are some guides for the composer
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
– https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C0ARTSimnUY&index=4&list=PL6CsDkMaejhr2ExZCO73U11SSVKB9r_NE&t=25s
You can create many designs for pages, there are many possibilities with the tagDiv composer and additional multi-purpose plugin which extends it.
Some theme demos contain demo “About me” pages, you could check all the available demos here for inspiration
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/select_demo_newspaper
Or create the design and layout you want, experiment with different elements. Let us know if you need help with something or have more questions.
Thanks
Hi,
I don’t know about that or what plugin you are referring to, maybe try it and see what happens if it is recommended by the plugin author.
The only issues I see with the menu on your website would be these items
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hDYVbTPdLSR1
Those do not do anything on desktop, so they will not do anything on mobile. If those are pages add them as pages
– https://www.screencast.com/t/jp0WRMPX
If they are categories add them as categories, same for custom links (enter valid URLs).
If you add the menu items like this they will be used properly by the website users. Currently from what I can see they do not do anything.
Hi,
Maybe there are not enough posts in the categories, only posts that belong to the currently viewed category page will be displayed. First the top grid will be populated and if there are more posts they will be displayed below the grid.
This is unusual since it seems there are similar number of posts in all your category pages. So that could mean that something is not working as intended. If you made any modifications to the category template files or maybe the loop file, please try and remove them temporarily. Additionally deactivate all non theme plugins as a quick test, check if this solves the issue. Let us know.
Thanks
Hi,
That happens because that element sets the image as background, and uses a background property that covers the available space. Other elements have the option to choose how you want the image to look as background
– https://www.screencast.com/t/A3rOLizDD2
But this one does not. I could give you a code to chnage it with this result
– https://www.screencast.com/t/nz1l7LK3B
Or you could try other elements that can display images and experiment with them. If you want to use the code and give it a try it has to be entered in Theme panel->Custom CSS
.tdm_block_column_content .tdm-image-holder > div {
background-size: contain;
}
A background color can be set for the Fancy text with image element, if that is what you need

Hi,
The Adsense ad codes have to be entered in the theme panel ads section, for the locations you want them to appear
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/ads-adsense-overview/
So if your Adsense account is activated and there are no problems, the ads should appear
– https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/76228?hl=en
– https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/9724?hl=en
There are a few things you could check if there is a problem with the ads
– https://productforums.google.com/forum/#!topic/adsense/wuWx-49ZOzU
– https://www.quora.com/Why-I-cant-see-my-AdSense-ads-on-my-blog
– https://wpquads.com/docs/adsense-ads-are-not-showing/
Thanks
Hi,
That could happen because of the theme accent color, this will override the setting I mentioned and color the link with the accent color. So as soon as you create a link from the heading the color will be the accent color for it. I could give you a code for this specifically for the heading links, like this
.td-post-content h4 a {
color: yellow;
}
You can multiply it for the other headings if needed
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gTWohZap
Or you could chnage the theme accent color as I see you have done already.
Thanks
Hi,
That would be achievable with an ad plugin, not by theme options. There is only one header ad spot, it cannot be different by specific page.
Most users that require more advanced ad settings and options recommend the Adrotate plugin. Some info about it here
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-manage-ads-in-wordpress-with-adrotate-plugin/
– https://ajdg.solutions/manuals/adrotate-manuals/show-adverts-on-your-site/
Thanks
Hi,
I have tried to set a border for the same block, using Visual composer
– https://www.screencast.com/t/UMJVENoMKmR
The border appears as I wanted for me
– https://www.screencast.com/t/c2tqdfye0p
There should be no problem as long as you set a border size, color and style. The border should appear.
Hi,
Unfortunately not, there are no plans that I know of to change the functionality of the mobile menu in that way. That could only be done by making probably a lot of code modifications in the theme, and will require additional design most likely.
If this is required for you, maybe you could consider hiring a developer or freelancer to help you with these modifications. We do not have theme customization/modification department at this moment. We always recommend the professionals from Envato studios
– https://studio.envato.com/
Hi,
That will require multiple theme licenses. According to Envato license terms a theme can be used for a single end product (website)
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/standard
– https://themeforest.net/licenses/terms/regular
So the theme may be installed and activated on a single website based on those terms. Activating it on a testing domain or sub-domain is permitted, but different websites with different content will require more licenses.
Thanks
Hi,
The shortcode must be entered in a text element. Example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/05p3GlPU2
Once you save the page and view it, the ticker will be visible
– https://www.screencast.com/t/gBTsAqy5
The cryptonews demo uses a column text element in which the shortcode is entered.
Thanks
Hi,
In some cases the solutions from these topics worked for blank pages and other composer problems, you could give them a try if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/gray-page-tagdiv/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/javascript-error-td-composer-wont-load/
Hi,
The related articles section should have an indication of the active tab, this section is affected by the global block header style set here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/tZ9HmZRkl
For example using the default style, the related articles looks like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/EdM3VIo4wG
Using global block header style 14 looks like this
– https://www.screencast.com/t/hdiYQqll8o
Each style should have an indication of the active tab. If you could provide a link to your website where the issue is happening we will take a look.
Thanks
Hi,
You can build a page normally with the composer elements you want, then set it as shop page in the Woocommerce settings. The theme blocks can display products if needed or you could use woocommerce shortcodes instead. This is a related topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-display-products/
The composer does not have dedicated Woocommerce elements at this moment, so the woocommerce shortcodes would probably be the best to use to display products and other Woocommerce elements.
Let us know if you have more questions or you need help with something.
Thanks
Hi,
You could change that in the theme header file here
– https://www.screencast.com/t/paMlDxnu0ml
Change it to your preferred language code.
Thanks
This would be for that – https://www.screencast.com/t/FxvaenffQcV
It will affect only the big grid, the other modules will maintain the original demo custom design
.td-blog-fitness .td_block_big_grid_fl_4 .td_module_wrap:hover .td-module-title a {
color: blue!important;
}
Seems something is wrong in the HTML, the whole footer content is outside of the container that would limit it accordingly. That should be fixed by reinstalling the theme, try that if possible and the issue would be fixed.
For the moment there is only 1 inline article ad, we will try to add more in a future update. Adding more ads would be possible by using a plugin maybe, most users of the theme which require more ads or more advanced ad settings recommend the Adrotate plugin. Here is some documentation about it if you would like to take a look
– http://www.wpbeginner.com/plugins/how-to-manage-ads-in-wordpress-with-adrotate-plugin/
– https://ajdg.solutions/manuals/adrotate-manuals/show-adverts-on-your-site/
Or you could try other plugins that would allow the placement of more inline post content ads.
There is a solution for that in this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/authors-box-widget-in-footer/
The shortcodes will be visible in the backend, but as you view the page they will be rendered by the composer into elements.
It would be best to design and create the entire page with the composer. Create a page and edit it with the composer and split the rows as you want, there are multiple layouts to choose from
– https://www.screencast.com/t/cRDaJoaRmsXm
Then begin dragging elements in the resulting columns. There are text elements in which you can use the WordPress editor
– https://www.screencast.com/t/71yvTsZIvZgo
There are elements for almost anything in the composer, so you could build pages using it entirely.
Hi,
That would be related to some demo content. Please check this topic
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/installing-the-art-creek-demo-results-in-2-image-errors/
Thanks
Hi,
Sidebar content meaning widgets will be reset after a theme update, the widgets will be marked as inactive
– https://www.screencast.com/t/72fqAM4Y0
I believe WordPress treats the theme update the same as a theme change, and will move all widgets inside sidebars to the inactive area if that is what happened in your case. There is more information online that you can read in the matter.
So after the update you will have to drag the inactive widgets back in the sidebars and footer sections. They will maintain their previous configuration, simply re-add them.
Thanks
