Hi,
That ad https://prnt.sc/ue9qjw is inside the page content, so it will be displayed only in that page.
I see you already have a header ad set, that will appear in the hole website. If you want more ads in the header, like below the menu as you mention, use a cloud header template https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-styles/ -> https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Headers
In a cloud header style you can ad as many ad boxes as needed.
Thank you!
Hi,
Maybe you are attempting to install the full theme package, not the actual theme inside the theme package. The full theme package contains many other items, not just the theme
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/whats-included/
Please follow this guide https://tagdiv.com/how-to-install-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
Hi,
That is a predefined post template, the settings for the post template are in the theme panel. Please check here https://prnt.sc/ue9l5l Enable the date and the other elements you want to display in the post page, with those settings.
Thank you!
Hi,
Actually we haven’t made any testing with such plugins unfortunately. Most of the theme provided options are created to be used with self published content, not content from other websites. Maybe it will be done in the future, I can’t say for sure what will happen, remains to be seen. Sorry for the inconvenience.
Thank you!
Hi,
I tried to view the screenshots but none of them work unfortunately https://prnt.sc/ue9c1o
Maybe it would be better to continue this by email at contact@tagdiv.com
There you can provide a link to the website and admin login, so I can provide more accurate assistance while actually seeing what you are referring to, and also check if there are any issues. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
Hi,
You could try it with inner rows, inside rows. This will expand the possibilities, as inner rows can be split as well. There is an example in this topic https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-problem/
Thank you!
Hi,
@Snowwhite7 Please send us an email so we can take a closer look at the issue. We will require a link to the website and admin login. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
Hi,
Does that appear on the website or in the logs? We could take a look at it, you can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
Hi,
I have no idea what you are talking about unfortunately. If you are saying that the theme package contains malware, that would be very unusual. We and also Envato always scan the package before it is available on themeforest.
If your website have been infected with malware, that is a different thing. Try some suggestions to get rid of the malware

Hi,
So in the composer the header looks like this https://prnt.sc/udxjo8 adn in the website after setting it the result is like this https://prnt.sc/udxkn7
That is quite a difference. Could you provide a link to where I can see this header and inspect it?
Thank you!
Hi,
Instead of disabling them, you could simply not use them in those pages. The page can be designed how you want it, top to bottom, header to footer, so simply do not use any ads in it.
If you want specific posts to not display ads, these can also be designed header to footer.
You can use cloud templates https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/All for the header, footer, and posts. So for example create/import a cloud header and footer template, and set them for the page https://prnt.sc/ue8sxg
For posts, create/import a cloud post template, use the same header and footer templates in it, and set that for the posts you want.
So you can have header, footer, post etc templates in which you set ads, and ones in which you do not.
If you do not want to use cloud templates, maybe there are other ways of excluding the ads from specific pages and posts, but not by theme settings. Ads entered in the theme panel will always be loaded where they are supposed to load.
Thank you!
Hi,
The predefined blocks like the one you are using, can only be used in these layouts in the composer https://prnt.sc/ue8orh They will display correctly if used in a row split like that. If you enter them in a different layout, they will most likely not display correctly.
Please use flex blocks instead https://cloud.tagdiv.com/#/load/Blocks These can be used in any layout.
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that is set automatically, it could be increased with some CSS maybe. try something like his for example, and check how it works
.td-is-sticky .wpb_wrapper {
top: 110px!important;
}
Thank you!
Hi,
I believe this is the website you are referring to https://szeged365.hu/
There are a few suggestions you could try, at least the ones that are possible for you, for example https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/a-few-tips-for-newspaper-x-speed-high-cpu-usage-issues/
Try reducing the number of ajax pagination usage, I see you use it for quite a few blocks
https://prnt.sc/ue8eme
There are a few other suggestions in that topic you could try, and see if that makes a difference.
Thank you!
Hi,
Seems to work for me, I checked in the homepage with the mobile emulator https://prnt.sc/ue8al7
I also checked with a phone https://prnt.sc/ue8awd
Have you maybe solved the issue?
Thank you!
Hi,
I would suggest to begin by checking the theme requirements guide https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-theme-requirements/
Insufficient resources can cause such problems. Check the parameters mentioned in the guide and increase them if needed. Then check if the issues are solved.
Thank you!
Hi,
There were some modifications made a while back in this matter, to fix an issue. The login section is now loaded at all times after the respective modifications. I can;t say if there will be further changes made in then future.
However, I could try and provide a solution if you do not want this to happen for the time being. Let me know.
Thank you!
Hi,
We are aware of some issues that happened after the latest Yoast update it seems, in the composer. The solution until the issues are fixed would be to use the previous Yoast plugin version https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-seo/advanced/
Sorry for the inconveninece.
Thank you!
Hi,
Some templates do indeed use percentage values for the width of the columns, calculated from the total width of the row https://prnt.sc/ue7uqg
You can adjust the widths if needed, decrease the width of the content column https://prnt.sc/ue7vsy and increase the width of the sidebar column https://prnt.sc/ue7w3u
Please try that and check how it looks/works.
Thank you!
Hi,
I see the problem now. The footer seems to be extended to the top of the content, in that page. That explains the black background color as well. The content the plugin inserts is displayed behind it. Try this code in the custom CSS section
.content-area .site-main {
display: inline-block;
}
Thank you!
Hi,
I could take a look at it, maybe I can provide some suggestions. Could you provide a link to the website?
Thank you!
Hi,
I don’t quite know what the definite solution would be, if you have set a favicon in WordPress Google should use that one. You could try what they suggest in the guide https://prnt.sc/ue76e8
You could also place the favicon image in the root folder on the server (public_html), that seems to have solved it for some users https://webmasters.stackexchange.com/questions/6504/google-chrome-displays-the-wrong-favicon-that-ive-linked-to-in-my-html
Thank you!
Hi,
There would be no need for another setting that does the same thing, the one that exists is enough. The option disables the mobile theme per page/post, by default it is set to enable.
If you are using the latest theme version and the mobile theme plugin is active, and the respective option does not appear for you, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide a link to the website as well as admin login. We will take a look. Include a link to this topic in the email.
Thank you!
Hi,
That is quite an old theme version, the latest theme is like a completely new theme compared to that old version https://tagdiv.com/newspaper
Delete the old theme and install the new one, then update all the theme plugins.
Most likely the pages from the website were created with WPBakery as that was the main page builder at the time. Update WPBakery as well, the plugin is provided in the theme package.
If there are problems with the pages, they may have to be remade, in this case you could use the composer instead, and deactivate WPBakery.
There may be various other issues as well, we will try to help if there are. Let us know.
Thank you!
Hi,
That link provides a 404 https://prnt.sc/ue6t1x
I did however check the AMP version of a few posts for example https://prnt.sc/ue6tv5 There is one ad at the top there. Are these Adsense auto ads?
Thank you!
