That is unusual, it should be available, the counter is meant to appear in both composers
– https://www.screencast.com/t/bBDrhMUUf
And also as an widget – https://www.screencast.com/t/lRcsQ5rIPR1k
Try deactivating the social counter plugin and reinstall it. Also check the theme system status and make sure there are enough resources

Let us know the results.
Hi,
When enabled the ajax filter will display all the categories. You can display specific categories in the order you want, by entering category IDs in the provided field
– https://www.screencast.com/t/mIap5x75GRU2
Category IDs can be seen here for example
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ec7OHFMFdorm
Note that the filter may display differently for different header styles. For example this block header style will only display the “More”
See all block header styles here
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-header-1/
Thanks
Hi,
These would be the first steps to take in this case. Check the theme system status section
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources if needed. Deactivate all plugins except theme plugins, then check if the issue is solved. There seems to be an error, this could be caused by a plugin interfering with the theme. Let us know the results.
Thanks
There seems to be some permission warnings there. Please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. We will take a look. Also include a link to this topic in the email.
Hi,
We cannot recreate this issue on our end, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. Leave the ad box inactive so we can test. Also include a link to this topic in the email.
Thanks
We will make some tests and check if there is a problem or not. If there is a problem it will surely be fixed as soon as possible.
Thanks
Indeed, it seems I forgot one piece of the code, sorry. Enter this as well
@media (max-width: 1140px) {
.td-main-menu-logo img {
max-width: 100%;
}}
@dailyfemme I would suggest a theme reinstall, there are still some javascript errors in the page. There are no errors on a default theme install or such unusual issues. Reinstall the theme by FTP
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Then check if the problem is solved. If it is not, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. We will take a look. Also paste a link to this topic in the email.
@thebestprogrammerintheworld From what I see there is no problem accessing the mobile menu
– https://www.screencast.com/t/qGHaYdqA
The theme and mobile theme plugin are compatible with super cache, there should not be any issues when using them.
Then probably there is something wrong with the homepage. Is there any content in the homepage when in the backend?
Try copying that code in a new page and see if it works properly and it can be edited with the composer. If it does not work, then you might have to recreate the homepage.
Thanks
You can use any image you want as background. Then simply enable the parallax option. Rows can be stretched to predefined sizes or full width
– https://www.screencast.com/t/1G3UdSVdYM
For example lets say you have these 2 blocks (block + empty row + block)
The row in between can have a parallax image set, either use the full height as I mentioned above, or maybe use an empty space element in that empty row to control the height
– https://www.screencast.com/t/qtdSgzoMMeh
Also there is a CSS tab on the rows, that can be used to make adjustments to the positioning. For example if you want to reduce the space between rows

I see know, I have not tested myself sorry. You could try something like this and make tests

@Stefan Please try it like this
– http://www.alltomtrav.info/frankrike-far-vanta-formtoppade-roger-america/?amp
@homzik The plugin is optional you can deactivate it and try other AMP plugins. It will be improved over future updates to provide more settings and features.
The latest articles is a loop with pagination, you cannot edit the second page or any page of the pagination. The default homepage WordPress provides is a blog style page, containing a loop with pagination
– https://codex.wordpress.org/Pagination
Visiting the second page will lead to the second page within the loop, not a different page. That second page cannot be edited.
@dcarrero First please deactivate the child theme you are using as a test. Switch to the main theme. Clear all installed caches and CDN if used. Check the results after trying this.
@Stefan Please check again, the provided link is working.
Hi,
First please reinstall the theme (by FTP is recommended)
Update all theme plugins, the composer and multi-purpose plugins are now version 2.0. Deactivate all other plugins and child theme if used. Clear all caching installed and CDN files if used.
Contact your hosting provider and check with them if there are any issues with the server. Ask them to check error logs and investigate as well if possible.
If there is still an issue, it may not be caused by the theme. You can send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide admin login information. Provide FTP access as well. Also included a link to this topic in the email.
Provide more details about the issue in the email, this will be helpful in the investigation. We cannot recreate such issues in any of our testing, there is no similar problem for most users who have updated the theme.
Thanks
Hi,
That may be a thumbnail issue, please try to regenerate the thumbnails
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
The theme uses a center-top cropping for the thumbnails used by all modules
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/featured-image/
The resulting thumbnails are also affected by image aspect ratio
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-vs-featured-image-size/
Thanks
Please provide some examples of such posts, so we ca inspect the issues. We have tested the AMP implementation, there were no issues. Check for example a post like this, with the browser console
– https://www.ampproject.org/docs/guides/validate
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2V2ZYPH1K8
Hi,
We have made tests with the AMP plugin, there were no such errors present
– https://www.ampproject.org/docs/guides/validate
– https://www.screencast.com/t/2V2ZYPH1K8
Please provide a link to your website and all the details related to your testing method.
Thanks
Hi,
Please note that the AMP plugin is optional, you can simply deactivate it. However it should work as intended, we have tested it before including it in the update. AMP posts should be served by Google once indexed. Provide a link to your website so we can inspect these issues. Also please specify how exactly you are testing.
Thanks
So the message is displayed only where the ad box widget is displayed, if you remove the ad box widget is the message still present?
We cannot recreate this issue, please mention what kind of code is entering in the ad box. Also try removing it and then place it again. Let us know all these details and more if possible.
There is a problem there, please regenerate the thumbnails
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/
This will recreate all the necessary thumbnails.
Try deactivating all other plugins, leave only theme plugins active. Also make sure there are sufficient resources, increase theme if possible
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Check the result after trying these suggestions. Let us know.
Hi,
Icons in menus can be inserted like this
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-add-icons-in-menu/
Be sure to use icons from here, the new icon implementation may not work
– https://fontawesome.com/v4.7.0/icons/
Thanks
Hi,
You could say that is was suggested, we could not make any specific recommendations in the matter. No tests were made in this regard with any plugin or implementation, up to this point.
You can try that suggestion or others, decide which one works best and also offers what you are looking for.
Thanks
